• Operations Manager - 6 month FTC

The Operations Manager will be directly responsible for the management of a range of Soft Services and the direct management of 3 main subcontractors (CRL contract, security camera/parking contract and the nursery provider).

The Operations Manager will be directly responsible to the Account Director (AD) for the efficient and effective management and operation of the Soft Services elements of the contract.
The Operations Manager will also deputise for and assist the Account Director with Hard Service elements of the contract, including management and oversight of lifecycle and capital projects as well as reactive & planned maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Direct line management of the Grounds Management team and contract management of the 3 principal subcontractors.
• To act as the senior management representative on the contract for Soft Services and support the Account Director with Hard Services elements where necessary and deputise during periods of the AD absence.
• Ensure that the Hard & Soft service elements of the contract are coordinated and efficiently delivered through appropriate direction and guidance of the respective managers, technical operatives and supply chain partners.
• Accountability for the overall performance of the Soft Services element of the contract financially, operationally and from a QSHE perspective

I have an opening for an experienced Registered Manager or Regional Manager working for a national company that supports Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
The position of Regional Manager would be to oversee multiple sites in Devon and North Devon and the management of one Deputy Area Manager, 4 Service Managers and one Administrator. As part of this, you will hold the CQC registration which is currently rated as "Good".
The organisation supports individuals from 18+ who may have Learning Disabilities and Autism and services that support Mental Health. These vary between supported living and residential homes.
As the Regional Manager, you will need experience in the above, extensive knowledge of CQC and regulations as well as further people management.
You may be responsible for maintaining and creating policies and procedures, as well as supporting with training and recruitment.


What will you need?
- UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management (or Similar)
- Knowledge of Learning Disabilities and Autism
