Your new role
In your new role you will be providing high level secretarial and administrative support for senior management, along with other duties to ensure the efficient running of our Cardiff office. In addition, you will assist the senior management team with corporate and accounting matters. You will be part of the overall management team and will attend the daily management briefing. Your ability to add value in any area will be recognised and facilitated and there will be an opportunity to grow your role within the business.

Job Description
Working as an Executive Assistant, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
Role Summary: To provide high level secretarial and administrative support for senior management and other duties to ensure the efficient running of our Cardiff office.
Responsibilities:
- Audio typing and managing internal and external correspondence
- Proactively dealing with emails and telephone calls
- Organising meetings and travel arrangements and preparing facilities for scheduled events
- Preparing and producing documentation, including drafting agendas for meetings, preparing and typing meeting minutes, assisting with collating reports for external distribution
- Maintaining accurate diary systems and electronic and hard copy records
- Assisting senior management with corporate, compliance and accounting tasks as required.
- Facilities management and organisational duties to ensure the efficient running of the Cardiff office
- Maintenance of the company website
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have several years of experience of PA work at a high level, as well as the following
- Fast and accurate typing skills (including audio typing). Typing speed minimum 50-60 wpm.
- Excellent MS Office skills (including Word and Excel)
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work to deadlines with minimum supervision
- An adaptable approach and ability to prioritise workload
- Flexible team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good grammar
Desirable but not essential
A knowledge of company secretarial, finance, compliance, commercial property or insurance matters
What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity to join a small, established and very successful team. This is a permanent role, paying £25,000 - £35,000 per year depending on experience. Benefits include the following, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, Aviva health plan, pension 8% employer / 4% employee contributions, as well as others. Hours of work are Monday to 9am to 5pm, 1 hour for lunch, 35 hours per week. There is a requirement to be in the office 4 days per week, with 1 day working from home.
