YOUR NEW ROLE
As a crucial role, you will be helping establish and rollout best-in-class customer support, by directly helping customers and taking ownership of their enquiries. Key responsibilities will also include:
Providing feedback on products, enhancing product and process improvement and working with internal stakeholders to constantly ensure provision of best products and processes to the end user
Responding to customer enquiries across phone, live-chat, email and social media
Champion the voice of the customer, advocate for customer needs and relay customer insights to product/customer insights team
Support customer onboarding and troubleshooting failed KYC instances
WHAT YOU NEED
Previous experience in shares, investing, superannuation, wealth management or similar customer support role within financial services
Genuine passion for the customer, shares and investing and being part of creating a product
Proactive attitude, keen to drive efficiency and always look for opportunities within continuous improvement
Strong written and verbal communication, as you will be representing the brand and the company to the end-user
