Main Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct 3rd party audits to assess organizations' Information Security Management System and related Statement of Applicability (SoA) for conformity with ISO/IEC 27001 and in strict compliance with GIC's Code of Ethics and established audit procedures
• Conduct other related Information Security, Cybersecurity, Data Protection audits – ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, CSA Cyber Essentials mark, CSA Cyber Trust mark, IMDA Data Protection Trust mark, GDPR Compliance audits, Second Party IT audits
• Conduct Information Security, Cybersecurity, Data Protection trainings/workshops/seminars
• Manage the entire audit process from planning, conducting, reporting, and following up on the assigned audits.
• Support in technical review of audit reports and technical advice to Sales Team and Certification Team as and when required.

Job Qualifications / Requirements:

• Possess a professional degree in Computer Science/Information Security/Cybersecurity or related fields to Information Technology
• At least two years are in a role or function relating to information security/Cybersecurity
• Successfully completed a Lead Auditor Course in ISO/IEC 2700 Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Having completed training courses in Singapore PDPA Fundamentals/Practitioner and holding industry certifications like CISA, CIPM, CISSP will be advantageous

• Lead an audit team in a professional manner
• Ensure that GICG Procedures are followed under their expertise.
• Provide market information to the management team on new market trend and business opportunities.
• To carry out customized audit as required
• To carry out any additional task as required by Executive Lead Auditor/Head of Department
• Applies judgement and acts according to the GICG standards of ethics and integrity

Requirements:

• Degree in a civil/mechanical/chemical engineering preferred but qualification in other science/engineering fields shall also be considered
• Minimum 5 years work experience in construction/manufacturing/engineering industry including at least 2 years full time work in QEHS functions
• Preferable with prior auditing experience
• Possess recognised ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Courses
• Added advantage if candidate possess other recognised qualifications such as ISO 22301, ISO 50001
• Good communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Job duties:

• Provide comprehensive admin / secretarial support to Group CEO
• Handle and draft correspondences to business associates.
• Research, prepare and handle confidential-related matters with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Ensure meetings are effectively organized and record minutes of meeting.
• Arrange all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation
• Exercise judgement to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirement:

• 1-2 years driving experience will be added advantageous
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Experience in coordinating international travel arrangements, including visa applications and knowledge of travel logistics, is highly desirable.

Requirement:

• Those with minimum 2 years working experience in customer service will be added advantageous
• Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel & Outlook
• Possess good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
