Your new role
You will be responsible for full administrative support as part of the business support and operations team. You will organise complex diaries, make arrangements, manage the office and the facilities. You will liaise with the facilities’ manager, and answer any office-based queries. You will be responsible for multiple inboxes, managing emails, corresponding and prioritising. You will process expenses, organise events, manage and coordinate company meetings, you will format documents, you will support with projects and project administration. You will liaise internally and be point of contact for internal and external clerical support.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previous experience at executive support level. You will be professional, you will have excellent communication skills, you will be able to liaise at director level. You will have excellent attention to detail, you will have strong IT skills, you will be organised, you will be flexible and able to prioritise workload.

Purpose

BSCs are responsible for outbound & Inbound sales prospecting. Rather than trying to close deals, their work revolves around generating and qualifying new leads-and booking for a BDM to sell the product and sit the demonstration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:

Leading from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings via your dedicated BDM.
Work with autonomy to structure your day so that performance is optimised.
To be an expert in our products and services to ensure a solution lead & consultative approach to sales.
Be a trusted adviser to ensure a consultative and solution lead approach to product proposals.
To engage and communicate professionally with decision-makers at a senior level.

The Programme

Working alongside our client schools, we will provide the successful Trainee Teaching Assistant with high quality training and paid on the job experience.

Following a successful interview and pending suitability, safeguarding and identity checks, we will work to secure you a paid placement in a school to further develop your skills. You will be supported in deciding whether you’d prefer to work in primary, secondary or SEND provisions and will receive ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.

Prior to starting your placement, you will be required to complete a training programme delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, which will give you the essential skills you need to work as a Teaching Assistant.

The Role

The role of a Teaching Assistant is vital in the day-to-day running of schools. The best Teaching Assistants have excellent communication skills and are able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff, quickly and effectively.

Depending on the role and the school, you will be working with the class teacher to manage behaviour, support with interventions, and provide additional support to children with SEND (special educational needs and disabilities).

You will assist the class teacher with recording and reporting on pupil progress and behaviour, and help ensure that children are making good progress in the classroom.
