We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a project manager, you will play a crucial role in managing projects from inception to successful completion. This will include using 80/20 and Agile methodology to focus in on identifying and eliminating non-value-added activities to drive profitability and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of Lean principles and a strong ability to analyze data to make informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to appropriate standards. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your project management skills for a wide variety of project types including but not limited to, new product development, factory improvements, merger and acquisition integrations and product rationalization.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of projects, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, and deadlines within the organization.
Lead and oversee the progressive use of the 80/20 and Agile tools across the organization.
Regularly monitor and report progress of all active projects
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify requirements, objectives, and expectations to ensure alignment for process improvements is agreed upon.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members across cross-functional groups.
Implement 80/20 and Agile methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient project delivery.
Identify areas for improvement by analyzing existing processes and systems and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Champion necessary training and guidance to the team for 80/20 and Agile methodologies or strategies for continuous improvement
Will provide support with mergers and acquisitions when and if integration of operations is needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Minimum 9 years’ experience in design and development of products including project management experience with demonstrated ability to produce innovative and successful products.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and analytical skills with a keen attention to deal
The ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and define priority.
Effective leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and senior management.
Proactive and results oriented mindset, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.
