Job description:

• Maintain general cleanliness of office area
• Prepare Coffee/Tea for staff/ client
• Emptying of all waste paper bins and shredder trays
• Wipe clean desks, partitions, glass doors and all table tops
• Vacuum-cleaning carpeted areas
• Replenish pantry supplies such as coffee, tea, milo, etc at the Pantry
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

• Daily routine check / repair of M&E equipment
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&E maintenance, Air-Conditioner maintenance, Electrical & Plumbing works
• Ability to learn and troubleshoot Mitsubishi VRV / VRF Air-Conditioner is a must
• Respond to emergency calls on critical services beyond office hours, i.e. on standby duties
• Attend to Tenant’s request and complaints when assign by Property Supervisor
• Site supervision of work carried out by contractors
• To take up in any adhoc tasks when assigned

Job Description :

• Responsible for timely and safe driving for Director and family
• Running errands as required
• Maintain and upkeep cleanliness of the car at all times
• Send / Fetch children to/from school, spouse to required location and Managing Director to office or any other places as required
• Able to work long hours and overtime
• Run Errands for the family
• Any other ad-hoc duties for Company and Director as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Class 3 Driving Licence with clean good record
• Honest and pleasant personality
• Min 3 Years of relevant experience
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
