We have a great opportunity for a Finishing Manager working with a fit out contractor near Oxford Circus.

The Project is valued circa £5M and is a CAT B Fit Out project. You will be responsible for managing the site and will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

• Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
• Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
• Procore Experience
• Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
• Major experience in M+E
• Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
• Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
• Experience successfully supporting fit out projects as a Finishing Manager on commercial projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the financial control of the contracts that you are allocated from inception to completion and will be expected to run multiple projects concurrently.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Produce accurate information for Contribution Forecasts and Monthly Cost/Value Reports
