We are working with an award-winning build to rent provider who provide and maintain high quality homes across the North West.
As a result of their recent and continued growth, they are recruiting for an experienced Resident Service Manager to join their close knit team, working on one of their large developments (300 properties) based in Liverpool.
As a Resident Service Manager, you will report into the Head of Resident Services and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and effective service for the residents who are both moving in and living in their properties.
Your duties will include:
- Creating and developing positive relationships with residents at each stage of their journey
- Liaising closely with the in-house maintenance team to ensure any repairs are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Conducting property inspections
- Dealing with escalated complaints where necessary
- Assisting residents as they are moving into their property.
- Dealing with all queries in a timely and professional manner.
This position would suit a candidate who has worked in a similar role ideally with a Build to Rent provider and has some knowledge of property law & legislation.
