About the role - Design Manager

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will advise and assist the technical team in management and planning activities.

Duties & responsibilities for the Design Manager:

• Providing technical advice and actioning a range of queries, you will deal with site construction issues and have input to land viabilities.

• Produce tender stage programmes working alongside the estimators,
