Job Purpose: To carry out programme of works as instructed by site foreman

Project Details: The works comprise of the enhancement of a special education needs and disability (SEND) provision at SGS Pegasus School to provide additional pupil places of 40 students. The works include an extension to the existing building with enhancement to the soft/hard landscaping and car park area.
Project Value: £1,700,000

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Labouring Duties:

 Ensure that Health & Safety and Method Statements are strictly adhered too.

 Attend and Complete all Relevant Job Training as requested.

 Ensure Good Housekeeping, including Security of Materials and Equipment.

 Cleaning and tidying of site, site welfare and site perimeter

 Ensure Good Time keeping as by all Company Employees on site.

 To carry out any reasonable request and/or additional duties from the Site Foreman to the highest standard.

 To ensure the wearing of Correct Company Uniform and Health & Safety Wear at all times and carry out all duties in a Professional Manner.

 Gate-person and Traffic Management Duties

 Supporting site team to achieve Considerate Constructor Scheme to achieve Performance Beyond Compliance Certificate


Qualifications and rate of pay

 CSCS Card – but training can be given to pass CSCS Test and obtain card

 Potential for further training e.g. plant, asbestos awareness etc

 Rate of pay Living Wage - £12 per hour
