About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Production Manager to join our team for the upcoming festival season!
Working across the company, you will provide production and operational support in the delivery of the organisation’s portfolio of projects with particular focus on our 2024 Festival, to ensure the smooth working of the systems, processes and infrastructure necessary to implement them.
The role involves some evening and weekend work.
About You:
As you would expect in a production role you:
. Will have strong experience in the management of the full project cycle of event project delivery, with outputs including: workshops, shows, interactive exhibitions and other events. You will have experience in delivering events to the highest standard, or be able to demonstrate this ability by discernible transferable skills.
. Will be hands on when required, with good practical knowledge of all production and technical disciplines.
. Will approach this demanding role with a level head and a positive attitude towards problem solving and logistics.
. Will be a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiating effectively and work extremely hard at building and maintaining relationships.
A driving license and current driving experience are essential.
This role has normal working hours but will require flexibility during the festival lead in and live period, and may include some weekend and evening working.
