This is an exciting opportunity to join our delivery service team at Dreams. As a Delivery Driver Assistant, you`ll play a key role in serving our customers, ensuring their perfect bed is delivered without a hitch.

Your standard working week will be 38.75 hrs (excluding breaks), however you`ll be paid in accordance with total hours worked to allow for variations in daily routes. This includes working two in every three Saturdays with a day off in the week. No Sundays!

- You`ll be hands-on in this physical role, so you might be lifting anything from a mattress to a sofa bed, alongside your driver assistant. But don`t worry, our vehicles are loaded for you ahead of your shift so you can focus on getting on your way.
- With the help of our training, you`ll become an A* assembler. Whilst you build a range of bedroom furniture in our customers homes, you`ll have the opportunity to develop a strong rapport with them.
- Every step of the way, you`ll go the extra mile by providing an exceptional service to each and every customer.

We`re looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our People team based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire supporting our Recruitment team on a 6 month contract. In this role, you will support the Talent Managers for all our business areas but the main focus being on supporting our Retail team. We are running a number of assessment days across the country over the next few months and need additional support with; Sourcing, screening and telephone interviewing applicants and providing them with a first-class experience.

Support with the whole recruitment process from start to finish
Shortlisting new applications, calling and telephone screening for suitability and booking interviews for hiring managers.
Communicate feedback to candidates.

Use social media and job boards to generate and maintain candidate attraction.

The job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our delivery service team at Dreams. As a Delivery Driver, you`ll play a key role in serving our customers, ensuring their perfect bed is delivered without a hitch.

Your standard working week will be 38.75 hrs (excluding breaks), however you`ll be paid in accordance with total hours worked to allow for variations in daily routes. This includes two in every three Saturdays with a day off in the week. No Sundays!

- You`ll be out on the road, driving one of our 3.5-tonne vans and working alongside an assistant to fulfil our high-quality home delivery service.
- At every touchpoint during delivery, you`ll be acting as a professional representation of the Dreams brand.
- You`ll be hands-on in this physical role, so you might be lifting anything from a mattress to a sofa bed, alongside your driver assistant. But don`t worry, our vehicles are loaded for you ahead of your shift so you can focus on getting on your way.
- With the help of our training, you`ll become an A* assembler. Whilst you build a range of bedroom furniture in our customers homes, you`ll have the opportunity to develop a strong rapport with them.
- Every step of the way, you`ll go the extra mile by providing an exceptional service to each and every customer.
