The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a professional Foreign Affairs Specialist Country Manager in support of Department of Defense (DoD) agencies. Serves as the USAF's subject matter expert and primary point of contact for planning and executing of assigned Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case(s) training requirements including acquisition, contracting milestones, programming, logistics, finance, monitors student requirements and tracking, tracking assigned FMS cases, and training development.

• The Case/County Manager (CM) is the focal point for case/country and IMS student activities and manages all aspects of the FMS case(s)
• The CM serves as USAF focal point for all international student issues in support of the assigned countries' training programs
• The CM will be the liaison between managed countries' representatives, SCOs, MAJCOMs, and other USG agencies to ensure implementation of training for and by these agencies
• Develops and initiates proper documentation, including estimated training costs, training sequences, and identification of potential problem areas based on factors unique to the requesting countries
• Develops official correspondence, messages, and items of interest, staff summaries, sheets, and talking papers relative to assigned programs

• Serve as the Geospatial Engineering subject matter expert. Provide geospatial information that is timely, accurate, and relevant for critical enablers throughout the operations process for developing shared situational awareness, improving the understanding of capabilities and limitations for friendly forces and the adversary, and highlighting other conditions of the operational environment that are required.
• Serve as the Geospatial operations manager. Provide mission-tailored data, tactical decision aids, and visualization products that enable the commander and staff to visualize the operational environment.
• Serve as the Geographic Information Systems (GIS)database manager. Manage the GIS architecture and is the proponent for the geospatial enterprise (programs, policies, and governance). Identify and manage topographic data use, storage, and dissemination processes across staff, Command, and Control Systems.

• Implements and administers the Information Security Program for the directorate.
• Administers the Industrial Security Program. Reviews solicitation and contract documents to ensure they include the appropriate security clauses and language.
• Implements and administers the Personnel Security Program for the directorate.
• Assists organization security managers in implementing security education and motivation programs.
  

Duty 1. Performs budget formulation procedures/processes involving independent assessments and preparation of complex detailed analyses, budget estimates, special reports, and other documentation for a segment of the Air Force budget.

Duty 2. Ensures proper execution of a segment of the Air Force budget as authorized and appropriated by Congress.

Duty 3. Uses automated budgetary system(s) and computer-generated products in accomplishing budgeting assignments.

Duty 4. Directs overall objectives, critical problems, and special project assignments with employees.

1. Program Administrator and Subject Matter Expert Air Force wide for Force Renewal EMR program.

2. Conducts and/or leads studies and/or initiatives to improve programs and/or influence policy changes for assigned functional areas that typically involve long-range, highly complex, and often sensitive topics.

3. Provides advisory services to managers, supervisors, and employees on the Force Renewal EMR program.

4. Establishes and maintains constructive working relationships with DoD, MAJCOM, Installation, Career Field Staff, and Force Renewal Program participants.

• Applies a knowledge of functions and operations to administer career field policy and procedures for career field programs supporting career field employees Air Force wide.
• Analyzes and evaluates the force structure to identify training and/or recruitment deficiencies and categorization of positions/employees to be included in the assigned career field program.
• Advises/counsels managers, supervisors, and employees on the continually changing needs of the functional career management program.
• Analyzes, develops, prepares and presents promotional material using an appropriate combination of correspondence, publications, personnel media, guides, pamphlets, meetings, telephone calls, information letters and briefings to publicize the program at all Air Force levels, registrants and the functional community taking into consideration such things as the funding, target audience, message to be transmitted, time constraints, etc.

- Assists the Senior GSSO in managing the 688 CW SAP program established for a specific class of classified information that imposes more stringent security safeguards and access requirements that exceed those normally required for SCI or Collateral information. Incumbent is the Deputy
Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) in the day-to-day SAP operations of the Wing. Coordinate with ACC/AP and 16 AF/AP offices on a daily basis.

- Assists in directing the SAP personnel security program to ensure secure accomplishment of 688 CW missions, lines of effort, goals and objectives through proactive application of security principles, policies, and practices.

- Provides 688 CW and subordinate organizations worldwide with authoritative guidance on aspects concerning physical security programs for the protection of classified national security information, SAP Compartmented Areas (SAP-CA), SAP-Facilities (SAP-F), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral information.

- Manages the Industrial Security Program. Provides effective guidance, training, and direction to subordinate assigned organizations/activities/units on industrial security program matters.

1. Performs multidisciplinary professional engineering assessment work involving the application of electronics, mechanical, aerospace, and/or other engineering disciplines to determine the business and technical needs of customers in the Mission Assurance, Anti-Terrorism and Integrated defense and Risk to Mission Arena.
2. Functions as the organization's technical specialist in conducting Mission Assurance Assessments, objectives and integration, and the estimation of time and resources for system design, development, and support for projects that are evaluated for Risk Mitigation.
3. Performs complex and comprehensive analyses and uses systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approaches to determine performance objectives and integration issues.
4. Serves as a consultant and technical expert to senior subject matter specialists and/or agency officials
responsible for broad program operations.

• Supports the Flying Hour Program (FHP) allocation.
• Serves as action officer on matters pertaining to aircraft operations, scheduling, deployment, and usage.
• Reviews, updates, and coordinates on various documents related to aircraft planning and scheduling.
• Establishes and maintains good working relationship with organizations served. Wing focal point for all matters pertaining to Orientation Flight Program in accordance with (IAW) DAFMAN 11-401 and associated supplements.
• Maintains electronic archive of all required flying hour reports and prepares data for the electronic briefing presentation for the weekly 12OG/CC Scheduling Meeting.

Duty 1.Determine the best and most efficient ways to implement data engineering standards, requirements, and specifications on data and analytics projects in support of the 688 CW mission.

Duty 2.Examines data from multiple disparate sources with the goal of providing security and privacy insight.

Duty 3.Build reports and data visualizations, using data from data warehouses and other sources.

Duty 4. Provide support for wing assessments, AI/ML efforts, process improvements, collaborations with outside agencies, and support data driven decision making.
