SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Division Chief, Force Development Credentialing Division, Directorate of Operations and Communications, HQ AETC, responsible for interpreting and implementing policies, executing authorities, developing guidance, standards and processes for the division's mission. Plans, develops, and directs advisory and support services for the Air Force-wide program. Represents the division officially and exercises second level supervisory and managerial authorities over division personnel. Directs the full scope of responsibility for the activities of the division and subordinate units in the full scope delivery of Force Development activities.
DUTIES:
- As Division Chief, plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Division.
- Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- Directs and/or leads broad studies involving Force Development programs that impact the Air Force, DoD, and its agencies.
- Plans, implements and assesses the progress of the Force Development Division program goals and objectives.
