1. Responsible for Flight Services, obtaining flight clearances, and validating required Flight Crew Information File (FCIF) and other Go-no-Go pre-flight data.

3. Represents 340th Flying Training Group with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.

4. Conducts analyses, reviews, and special studies of budget and/or related information. Reviews and assesses the long-term effects of budget guidelines, such as new or revised legislation, Programming Decision Memoranda (PDM), and Program Budget Decision (PBD), on assigned programs.

5. Serves as the point of contact on the use of budget automated data management systems. Maintains or manipulates budget computer applications and systems to meet needs of end-users.

• Serves as a CPT mission lead, functional expert, and/or team member at the master experience level on a CPT conducting cyber defense analysis and security investigations on complex networks and system architectures.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
• Serves as a CPT mission lead, functional expert, and/or team member at the master experience level conducting penetration testing and assessments of mission partner defense capabilities on complex networks and system architectures.
• Serves as a CPT mission lead, functional expert, and/or team member at the Expert experience level conducting missions to detect and remove unauthorized, malicious, or adversary presence from operational systems, networks, or enclaves in order to ensure reliability and availability of mission critical capabilities.
• Assists in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resource requirements.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To conduct studies/analyses of limited scope and/or assist in comprehensive manpower and organizational studies/analyses of organizations, functions, and work processes and provide basic management consultant capabilities to improve mission effectiveness, resource efficiency, and resource savings. Works with project leads on projects/studies involving other Manpower Requirements Squadron (MRS) members as dictated by the size and scope of the project/study. Project duties will cross-utilize other functional areas of expertise within HQ USAF, other major commands (MAJCOMs), or Air Force Manpower Agency (AFMA) divisions.

DUTIES:

1. Conducts work measurement, methods and procedures, benchmarking, and/or engineered time standard studies for issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature (e.g., Operations Resource Flight, Travel Voucher Processing, and Personnel Operations within Aircraft Maintenance).
2. Establishes manpower standards for an assigned work area or group of work areas to provide a basis for manpower justifications and improved utilization, and measures the organizational performance index.
3. Analyzes related systems and prepares documents on the use of automated data management systems and methodologies to support manpower workload; manipulates widely used functional area computer applications to satisfy the needs of Capability-based Manpower Studies (CMS) and other special projects or studies.
4. Supports various types of manpower studies.

Provide troubleshooting expertise to solve MAJCOM problems over entire education/training program.

SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Division Chief, Force Development Credentialing Division, Directorate of Operations and Communications, HQ AETC, responsible for interpreting and implementing policies, executing authorities, developing guidance, standards and processes for the division's mission. Plans, develops, and directs advisory and support services for the Air Force-wide program. Represents the division officially and exercises second level supervisory and managerial authorities over division personnel. Directs the full scope of responsibility for the activities of the division and subordinate units in the full scope delivery of Force Development activities.

DUTIES:
