Responsibilities

Process E-commerce order and inventory updating

- Orders processing in various e-commerce in a timely and accurately manner.

- Handle all customers’ enquiries received

- Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok and website etc

- Regularly update and ensure adequate inventory levels

Set-up and manage website and e-commerce sales/promotion

- Manage and assist in the product content, images, promotion mechanics and pricing update/ upload

on the eCommerce Channels and website

- Overall manage / edit product descriptions and pictures for online platforms

Provide Social Media support campaign

- Manage the Group’s digital marketing front: Facebook, Instagram, Google (Analytics and Ads)

Retail support

Requirement

A Warehouse Operations Executive plays a vital role in managing and optimizing the daily activities within a warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain accurate records in the warehouse.
• Receiving and Shipping: Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, ensuring they are checked for accuracy and quality. Coordinate the packing and shipping of outgoing orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all staff.

• In charge of preparing baked goods for sale to customers which include creating recipes, ordering ingredients, and coordinating baking schedules to produce breads, cakes, pastries, pies, cookies and other goods.
• Designing and improving recipes. Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods.
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.

Job Description

· Creation and preparation of Western cuisine.

· Ensure smooth-running operations of kitchen.

· Planning and execution of new menu, including research & development, costing, etc.

· Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with NEA standards.

· Ensure that quality, quantity, and correctness of food items served and displayed are per company’s standard recipes.
