Case Manager

We're looking for case managers to join our Co-op Legal Services probate team. You don't need legal experience for this role, as we'll provide full training to get you up to speed.

In this role, you'll provide legal and administrative support to our customers following a bereavement. We'll look to you to manage each case from beginning to end, discussing the estate of the deceased, and keeping in continuous contact with the customer. Assistant Point of Sale (POS) Manager

£30,000 to £33,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)

We're looking for an Assistant Point of Sale (POS) Manager to join our instore marketing team. In this role you'll be responsible for the production and delivery of marketing collateral and our POS products. You'll be joining a fast-moving team working to three-week timelines to update our stores with the correct POS to help attract our customers and members to the newest offers instore.

What you'll do

• Liaise with print production and artwork agencies, making sure artwork is uploaded on time and print specifications are adhered to
• Produce the implementation guide that illustrates to stores how and where to display POS
• Use the key advertised lines to create a product and price brief illustrating the best offers in store to create POS products
• Respond to queries that come from our stores and resolve any issues
• Issue communications to stores, when necessary, about POS items
• Request quotes from the production companies we use to help us remain in budget
• Collaborate with internal teams including trade and planning and retail support centre

We're looking for a Head of Strategy and Portfolio insight to join our Property leadership team and lead a high performing team to inform the strategy of our property portfolios across the business.

In this role you'll set the vision and strategy for our property portfolio over a 5- and 10-year horizon, looking at our investment and divestment plans and working with leaders across the business to make sure that this aligns with the wider business strategy. We're looking for a Senior Quality Manager to join our Own-Brand Team here at Co-op. In this role you'll own and lead the end-to-end quality process for Co-op brand products and be responsible for using data and insight to optimise activity to help drive strategic goals of the team. Digital Product Manager

We're looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our App & Offers team. This team own the Co-op Membership app and the API services that provide a range of digital offers and content to our app and website. Our app is at the heart of Co-op's Membership proposition, giving our members a convenient way to access personalised offers, Co-op Live pre-sales, and support their communities.

As a Digital Product Manager at Co-op, you'll report into our Lead Product Manager, and be responsible for the delivery of new features and the optimisation of existing features and workstreams. We're looking for an innovative Events Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to develop our events strategy and build more value for our member-owners. In this role, you'll support our Head of Partnerships & Events to deliver a diverse calendar of internal, B2B, and B2C events across the year. You'll lead our in-house events team and coordinate with external agencies to deliver a fantastic events programme, while also providing strategic and practical support to the team.

Member-owners shape and influence Co-op directly and by voting for other member-owners to represent their interests on our Board and Council.

Our Council and Democracy team work for member-owners by making sure their voice is heard, enabling them to choose and connect with their elected representatives locally and nationally and supporting Council to represent their interests in the decisions our Co-op makes.

In this role we'll look to you to provide evidence-based policy and research support across a broad range of topics. You'll empower our Council and its Committees to deliver their policy priorities, develop key lines of enquiry, understand the needs of our member-owners and provide recommendations to the Board and the business. You'll prepare and co-ordinate all aspects of Council's plan and external engagement with the wider co-operative movement to make sure that Council members have timely information to perform their roles. What you'll do

* Support and co-ordinate the development and delivery of Council's policy and research priorities
* Produce written and oral briefings, reports, presentations and materials for Council, Committees, Sub Committees, Co-op Board, internal Co-op colleagues and external bodies
* Use a broad range of policy and research methodology including engagement and co-design to provide the National Members' Council with relevant information to support them in their role
* Prepare reports, briefings and presentations on complex issues in a way that is tailored to the audience to empower Council and Committees to make compelling evidence based recommendations
* Attend meetings and other events to support attendees in deepening their knowledge so that outputs represent the voice of our member-owners
* Promote Co-op and the work of National Members' Council and its contribution externally to partners and Co-op Members

This role would suit people who have

* A background in policy and research within a large complex matrix organisation
* Experience of working with elected representatives within a governance setting
* Significant experience of creating clear and engaging reports, briefs and materials and designing creative ways to engage in and facilitate the co-creation of policy solutions
* The ability to prepare and present information and advice in a clear and accessible way for all audiences
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills up to senior level
