CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Carbon60 are looking to hire a Contract Administrator to work for a national facilities management company based in Sheffield.
ROLE: Contract Administrator
SALARY: £27,100 per annum
JOB TYPE: ongoing
LOCATION: Sheffield (S10)
HOURS: full time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, office based.
THE ROLE:
- End to End workflow administration of Reactive Works through the, CAFM system.
- Supports works with oversight and distribution of Work Orders.
- Raising & receipting of PPM and reactive works Purchase Orders.
- Liaising with subcontractors for delivery of reactive works.
- Raising of all client Invoices and Credit Notes through SAP.
- Processing and inputting of employee data in SAP for Sickness, Absence, Annual Leave and Overtime / Payroll.
- Setting up rooms for meetings.
- Assist the FM manager with the day to day running of the front desk. .
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Facilities Management (Hard Services) experience desirable.
- Experience of Maximo / other CAFM systems advantageous.
- Understanding of billing process.
- Needs to be highly motivated, organised, versatile and adaptive.
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator.
