As a member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for picking, receiving, storing, stacking and despatching our ambient and chilled goods.
Your commitment to safety, efficiency, and effectiveness will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
Also as a MHE Trainer you would be responsible in training out MHE, Manual Handling, SOPs, etc.
•To ensure all operators of manual handling equipment are fully trained;
•To maintain and update all training records as required.
•Ensure refresher training and re-training is carried out as required;
•Carry out an assessment for those who have provided documentation of training through previous employment;
•To ensure that all re-tests are undertaken;
•To monitor and report any defects or damage on the condition of the Company’s equipment;
•Ensure accidents are reported;
•Adhere to Company Procedures with regards to Health and Safety;
Ensure that all relevant legislation is fully adhere to at all times
As a warehouse operative, being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment is essential. You should be hardworking, able to work to set deadlines, and have a professional, positive, organized, and enthusiastic approach. While proven experience in a warehouse environment would be advantageous, it is not essential. You should be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. Remember, the key to success is being self-motivated.
As a MHE Trainer, you will need:
•Excellent communication skills •High level of attention to detail •Able to work organized and maintain training records to a high level of accuracy •Have experience with MHE ways of working
