Responsible for delivering exceptional service in Level 6 lounge, Sky Bar, events, and room service as an F&B Intern, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in Level 6 lounge, Sky Bar, and during events.
• Fulfill orders promptly for both in-house dining and room service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all F&B areas.

Responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing and Communications in implementing marketing programmes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting with various marketing activities, while also performing other duties as assigned.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Assist with rolling out the programmes and campaigns by coordinating and supporting the sales team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams within the COMO Group for better integration and execution of planned marketing campaigns and joint projects.
• Support and assist in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Responsibilities:

JOB OBJECTIVES
Main responsibilities are to do accounting administrative tasks daily such as daily documentations that supports the charges/billing/payments are intact and clear. Report directly to Hotel Accountant and Management Accountant.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

1. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all hotel/departmental policies and procedures.
2. Prepare Daily Revenue Report ensure that all revenue transactions are taken-up correctly, properly supported and reconciled.
3. Investigate all discrepancies and make necessary adjustments (if any).
4. To check guest in-house rate check report, variances must be explained by Front Office
5. Complimentary & House use room must with appropriate supporting document
6. Monitor discount procedures and special programs to ensure compliance with guidelines established. Verify that programs involving coupons, certificates and vouchers are valid and duly accounted for.
7. Ensure that all voided checks, rebates, paid outs and miscellaneous charges are properly approved and supported.
8. Reconcile operator charges to ensure that all guest and internal calls are charged correctly.
9. Liaise with the Accounts Executive to confirm the accuracy of the Guest, City Ledger and COMO related charges.
10. Verify that officer checks (duty meals), F&B entertainment checks are processed according to the procedure.
11. Ensure all Income report was checked and compile Daily Pack are submitted on daily basis.
12. To maintain master file of complimentary and prepaid voucher issue to guests/clients
13. Assists in maintaining all supporting documents with regards to AP/Suppliers invoice, DO, and PO.
14. Assist the Accountant with the month-end closing as specified.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

1. Maintaining of Contract / Agreement Listings & Admin related for Finance Dept.
2. To assist in Purchasing during the absence of Purchasing Executive
3. Assist with other accounting job functions when assigned
4. Assist in process improvements, ad-hoc projects

This hybrid internship is designed to provide exposure to both front office operations and housekeeping management, offering a comprehensive understanding of guest services and room maintenance within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office:

1. Guest Services Support: Assist in providing exceptional guest services including check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
2. Reservation Management: Aid in managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
3. Assist in Administrative Tasks: Support the front office team with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
4. Learn Front Office Systems: Familiarize yourself with property management systems and other front office software.

Housekeeping:

1. Room Inspection: Assist in conducting room inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
2. Inventory Management: Support in managing housekeeping supplies and inventory.
3. Assist in Housekeeping Operations: Learn about housekeeping procedures and assist the team in daily operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
