Job Responsibility

• Assist the finance manager in tabulating staff sales, commissions, and preparing salaries and payslips.
• To perform any other duties as and when task by Manager.

Requirement

• Candidate should possess at least a diploma or LCCI qualification (or equivalents).
  Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Payrolling.
• Proficient in PC literacy, basic Accounting, and MS Office/Excel software. Preferably familiar with XERO systems.

Job Scope

• Provide professional skin/body analysis and recommend suitable range of aesthetic treatments and products to customers
• Perform facial, body and aesthetic treatments/services for customers
• Maintaining high service standards
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Provide high standards of customer service

Job Requirement

• Candidate without relevant experience are welcome to apply as there is training provided.
• Candidate with relevant experience in massage (TCM) preferred.
• Candidate with relevant massage cert is a plus, not mandatory.

• Ensure precise and timely closure of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financials, including the preparation of accurate management reports and the maintenance of the monthly balance sheet review schedule.

• At least 5 years of working experience as trainer
• Good command of the verbal and written Chinese language environment
