Requirements:

• Organise and maintain employee P-Files
• Schedule interviews for potential candidates

• Support on the execution of the recruitment cycle of potential candidates for BBP’s internship and scholarship programmes including but not limited to sourcing, screening, and selections
• Liaise with universities, interact with students, and place advertisements to promote our company brand
• Welcoming new employees to the organization, coordinate and conduct orientation sessions.
• Contribute to data entry and analysis for HR metrics and reports.
• Collaborate on HR initiatives and projects, offering your insights and assistance.
• Administering employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
• Support exit interviews.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
• Able to commit at least 6 months from January - June 2025

• Knowledge on HVAC fundamentals (chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units)
• Identify, design, and propose energy conservative measures (ECM) on the chilled water system which includes:

1. Instrumentations selection and design on the measurements and verifications (M&V) system (temperature sensors, flow meters, pressure sensors, weather stations, power meters)
2. Centrifugal water pumps energy optimizations strategy
3. Chillers energy optimizations strategy
4. Cooling tower energy optimizations strategy
5. Heat balance substantiating test

• Operating system efficiency (OSE) report preparation
• Documentation of the chiller system optimization design

We prefer full time interns who can commit at least 5 months between January 2025 to July 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O sign-off within the required time.
• Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement for automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification
• Assist and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan with ongoing efforts and include short term, long-term goals
• Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per the MIS
• Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and to contact the respective site in any emergency.
• Work with internal teams and deliver the work according to the planned schedule.
• Collaborate with Internal teams regarding any controls and programming related onsite work.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering (Building Services) or any related field.
• A willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work autonomously and independently.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to commit at least 5 months of internship (July 2024 - December 2024)

• Assist in project schedules and budgets, project costing / procurement process
• Responsible for working safely and meeting the EHS regulations on site
• Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures
• Ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately
• Identify issues and escalate to Project Management well ahead of time
• Ensure work compliance with specifications
• Prepare progress reports, client updates and attend meetings
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project & Facilities Management, Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering (Building Services) or any related field.
• Knowledge on HVAC is a bonus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Projects
• Independent and self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
