Responsibilities 

• Support customers by live chat, email, and phone. Interactions include: troubleshooting technical issues, product usage questions, onboarding, set up and subscription inquiries. You will report technical issues and log tickets with accurate information to provide a full record of each issue and resolution
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure quality interactions, and promote the voice of the customer. (Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Customer Experience, Finance)
• Communicate daily with Tier 2 (Technical Team, Specialists), and Leadership to raise important user concerns, customer sentiment, and product feedback
• Take part in support-related projects to allow you to use your unique skill set and improve our team

Minimum Qualifications

Position Overview

Digital Sales Representatives focus on understanding our customers' goals through inbound and outbound calls to sell our solutions digitally. Responsibilities

• You will create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities, transacting business directly with customers from inbound hotlines and outbound calls with the help of MGLs (Marketing Generated Leads).
• You will create additional revenue opportunities by identifying opportunities to upsell or applying incremental programs/promos initiated by sales management.
• You will identify and prospect customers with new business potential and will discover their current pain in order to position our value added solutions.
• You will create all leads and opportunities using Salesforce, practicing great pipeline and lead management.
• You will manage outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration and career development.
• You will qualify and map important partners, business processes and technical requirements on deals.

Minimum Qualifications

Autodesk is looking for a Fusion Channel Sales Specialist to accomplish Autodesk strategy for scaling Fusion sales in EMEA through our Channel Partners.

You will be a Fusion liaison for Channel Partners, providing guidance on building a successful Fusion business, product trainings for partner teams, and support during sales campaigns. Also, the Channel Sales Specialist will evaluate new Fusion Product Specific Resellers (PSR) applicants and guide them through the registration and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Grow Fusion business through Channel Partner sales in EMEA
• Work with Partner Principals to define Fusion strategies for their businesses
• Build relationships with Partners to facilitate common vision
• Engage in sales campaigns with Partners
• Conduct scheduled 1:1 session with Partners to offer Fusion updates and understand challenges they are encountering
• Accomplish "Fusion Global Channel Call" including moderating, setting agenda and recruiting / preparing with SMEs for presentations
• Assist partners in developing Fusion-focused sales and marketing plans
• Interview new PSR candidates, submit applications, and provide onboarding support
• Promote Partners within the Fusion organization to highlight the value they deliver to Autodesk and our customers
• Mediate and resolve conflicts between Partners

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ Years of software sales experience
• Manufacturing Industry Experience is a plus
• Desire to be in Technology sales with the high level of complexity
• Experience attaining sales quotas
• Fluency in English, other European language is a plus

We are looking for a motivated team player, an experienced sales representative that is keen on driving new business growth to Autodesk through our License Compliance department. You will profile and detect non-compliant companies, present to C-Level by using different data sets. License Compliance sales representatives help customers understand the usage of cracked licenses, subscription overuse and other non-compliant categories.

• Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure a smooth transition for companies from non-compliance into compliance
• Develop a yearly, quarterly plan to exceed on sales quota
• Achieve or overachieve weekly and monthly sales targets to increase net new revenue
• Manage forecast, pipeline and activity metrics (all leading indicators) to ensure these are tracking towards achievement of revenue goals
• Ensure collaboration with the larger team: Work with Legal, Channel and other sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities within License Compliance engagements

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience
• You have experience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at executive level
• Willingness to integrate into teams and work for personal and team goals
• Native Spanish and Business English

• You will use Autodesk License Compliance analytics tools and databases to search for and investigate License Compliance prospects (customers of varying sizes, ranging from small to large)
• You will Initiate audit requests with Autodesk customers and lead customers through the audit process. License Compliance Sales Executives present audit findings to customers and negotiate acceptable settlement purchases and time frames for purchase execution
• You will engage customers at the CXO level to gain their cooperation and participation in a compliance audit process
• You will develop negotiation plans using Situational Negotiation Skills and templates
• You will direct 3rd party audit firms, work in Autodesk accounts maximizing results and minimizing time spent and audit firm billable hours
• You will mitigate complex pushback by customers regarding participation in audit process and refuting of audit results
• Build relationship across multiple teams at Autodesk (Territory, Industry, Major Account Sales, Technical Specialists, Channel Management, and Legal) to ensure collaboration on License Compliance engagements
• Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, activities and results; update field sales on results and generates visibility on call activity and lead tracking for sales and marketing effectiveness reports
• Assist Value Added Resellers in providing customer quotes to satisfy compliance purchases, proposals, order forms and product information
• Responsible for cross-selling or up-selling as is appropriate
• Maintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with understanding project delivery methods

Minimum Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of sales experience or License compliance experience
• Fluent English with any additional Scandinavian or Baltic language

Position overview

Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, Sales, your primary responsibility as as Business Operations Manager is to collaborate with the Global License Compliance leader and regional leadership team to develop and implement programs that help achieve Global License Compliance objectives. • Demonstrable ability to present at all levels
• Demonstrable track record of influencing and rallying diverse team members using both qualitative and quantitative insights
• Demonstrable ability to dive into details for execution while contextualizing recommendations/initiatives within the broader company strategy
