Position overview
Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, Sales, your primary responsibility as as Business Operations Manager is to collaborate with the Global License Compliance leader and regional leadership team to develop and implement programs that help achieve Global License Compliance objectives. You will also work with other Business Operations Managers for different customer segments to ensure consistency.
You will focus on safeguarding Autodesk's Intellectual Property. Global License Compliance identifies noncompliant customers and non-paying users, converting them into subscribers and driving sustainable growth while fostering long-term customer relationships. As a critical go-to-market partner, you will employ the expertise of the Global License Compliance team in compliance, data, and analytics to refine requirements and translate them into functional needs such as policies, programs, and procedures that inform our technical and enablement teams. You will have a deep passion for optimizing go-to-market motions that deliver excellent customer experiences and understand the value of enterprise architecture and aligning organizational investments. This is a hybrid role, both office and remote based.
Responsibilities
- You will lead Global License Compliance GTM pilots, including defining, planning, executing, and monitoring delivery
- You will explore and implement new technologies to improve efficiency through automation
- You will develop global sales processes and templates that enable customer conversations and communications
- You will guide process adoption at scale through collaborative engagement, training/enablement, change management, and continuous improvement
- You will monitor sales processes to ensure efficient execution and hold team members accountable
- You will guide onboarding and sales enablement aligned with new go-to-market approaches
- You will provide strategic input to the Global License Compliance Leadership Team and make recommendations/proposals for our goals
- You will challenge Global License Compliance Sales leaders and Managers to improve sales excellence
- You will collaborate with important partners and decision-makers
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of work experience with preference in Sales Support/License Compliance with exposure to consulting or project management in an entrepreneurial environment
- 3+ years years having worked in a SaaS environment; understanding of SaaS metrics, familiarity with SaaS technologies, and understanding of SaaS sales and marketing dynamics
- Demonstrable ability to present at all levels
- Demonstrable track record of influencing and rallying diverse team members using both qualitative and quantitative insights
- Demonstrable ability to dive into details for execution while contextualizing recommendations/initiatives within the broader company strategy
- Demonstrable ability to prioritize work and coordinate support across multiple functions to achieve project objectives
- Experience in implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams.

- Good understanding of data, technology, and automation
- Demonstrable track record partnering with decision-makers, with the courage to challenge them and the leadership team
