About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Behavioural Support Therapist passionate about providing transformative care for individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based behavioral support and therapy tailored to the needs of children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Position Overview
This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility with clinic, community, home-based, and telehealth services. Full-time and part-time positions are available with a competitive remuneration package, ranging from $105,000 to $130,000 super , along with professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and wellness benefits.
Key Responsibilities
The Behavioural Support Therapist will:
Assess clients' behavioral needs and develop personalized support plans based on evidence-based practices.
Provide direct therapy to clients in diverse settings, including clinic, home, and telehealth.
