Manager of Sustainability
Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Manager of Sustainability to join our team. This individual will support the development and execution of Arrow’s environmental sustainability strategy. This role will engage across multiple components of our environmental work including but not limited to our energy and climate, sustainable operations, and stakeholder engagement strategic pillars.
As a Manager of Sustainability, you will support with strategy, implementation and management of corporate environmental sustainability initiatives, engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and greenhouse gas emissions management and reduction goal setting.
Your areas of experience shall also include emissions calculation and management, decarbonization, supplier engagement, employee engagement, net zero strategies, climate resilience planning, risk mitigation and adaptation, and ESG reporting.
This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) based in Centennial CO and 2 days from home.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct a detailed evaluation of Arrow’s emissions, develop emissions reduction targets, lead reduction efforts, and report on reduction progress with an emphasis on Scope 3
Carry out broad and complex assignments requiring comprehensive knowledge related to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Science Based Targets initiative, and supplier engagement
Develop and implement processes and technologies aimed at improving environmental impact, efficiency, sustainability data visibility, and greenhouse gas reporting
Create and lead a strategy to increase internal and external engagement related to environmental sustainability
Manage relationships and set expectations with sustainability and ESG teams, project teams, and asset managers
Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, IT, procurement, real estate, etc.
What We Are Looking For
5 years of experience in Sustainability management, environmental reporting, or related areas
Bachelor’s degree with an educational focus in Sustainability preferred. Master’s degree a plus
Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively balance competing priorities while adhering to specific deadlines
Advanced verbal and written communications skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work, collaborate, and influence change across functions, levels, and globally diverse employee populations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, produce manuals, and prepare presentations and proposals. Must possess ability to effectively present information and respond to question from groups of managers, employees, and customers
Proven self-starter with ability to think and act in a proactive way
Proficiency in the MS suite with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$99,100.00 - $135,300.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
