We are currently seeking a talented Partnership Manager with Motor Insurance background to join the team to manage a portfolio of multi-million dollar business partners. Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of multi-million dollar business partners, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
Develop and refine cost-effective repair service platforms, leveraging investments in technologies such as Symbility, Estimage, and Audanet.
Ensure compliance with business risk policies, develop and implement supplier management strategies, and oversee network performance to balance cost control and customer service outcomes.
Provide contract management support, including drafting high-quality documents, managing contract variations, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders while engaging in strategic planning and training.
Handle dispute resolution effectively to maintain positive relationships.
Influence and engage stakeholders across a range of disciplines to achieve business objectives.

You Must Have:

3-5 years of experience managing high-value client portfolios (or supply chain portfolio) in the general insurance industry especially in Motor preferred, will consider insurance brokers.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Proven ability to develop and manage relationships across various disciplines.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong contract negotiation experience; a legal background is a plus but not required.
Effective dispute resolution skills.
