As a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0501-11, you will perform the following duties:

1. Independently performs and examines financial management functions to ensure internal and external accounting systems and administrative controls are sufficient to confirm that obligations and disbursements comply with applicable laws, and that funds are safeguarded against waste, loss, and misappropriation. As a Logistics Management Specialist (Title 32) (Indefinite), GS-0346-11, you will perform the below duties:

1. Serves as the program manager for the Integrated Deployment System (IDS); Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES), Contingency Operations/Mobility Planning and Executive System (COMPES), Logistics Module-Base Level (LOGMOD-B), Automated Air Load Planning System (AALPS), and Cargo Movement Operations System (CMOS). Ensures that all systems interface within IDS. Serves as the subject matter expert for COMPES to assist the Wing Commander and Logistics Officer in selecting, deploying and monitoring contingency forces. Coordinates both LOGMOD-B and MANPER-B portions of COMPES for input and processing. Produces COMPES data to support wartime activities and Operations Other Than War (OOTW) required by units to mobilize and deploy equipment and personnel.
2. Formulates and consolidates logistical annexes for IDS guidance based on regulations, manuals, instructions, and directives issued by higher headquarters. During peacetime and at actual and training deployments, provides staff input and participation in the Deployment Control Center (DCC) and may serve as an alternate IDO for deployments. Plans and develops deployment training for the wing and units in addition to conducting training. Ensures the unit meets all pre-execution and command and control requirements for deployments. Analyzes time phased force deployment requirements to develop plan annexes and schedules for inclusion in execution phase of the wing deployment guidance. As directed by, and in conjunction with the Logistics Officer, assists units by providing guidance and performing staff assistance visits to identify, correct, and assist with deployment oriented problems. Reviews deployment assessment capabilities with unit commanders to ensure that required deployment training is being conducted. Plans and briefs the Logistics Officer regarding the movement of personnel and equipment during simulated and actual deployments and exercises.
3. At the direction of and in conjunction with, the Logistics Officer, identifies required deployment/redeployment support with the wing staff, serving as the NCOIC of the Redeployment Assistance Team (RAT), Air Mobility Command (AMC), and Air Combat Command (ACC) for the transportation of equipment and personnel. Determines the type and number of aircraft required for mission deployment/ redeployment. Validates load plans, priority shipments, and customs clearance requirements. Ensures all unit personnel and equipment are properly identified and prepared for deployment/ redeployment. Assists the Logistics Officer with determining the type and number or quantity of troops and equipment available for tasking and schedules via correspondence with headquarters (i.e., ACC, AMC, NGB, ANGRC, and Numbered Air Forces), as applicable to accomplish specific mission requirements.
4. Reviews resource/logistics plans, programs, and deployment activities with the senior officer to insure authorized mobility equipment is available or on order, and assures that the equipment is properly budgeted. In conjunction with the senior officer, develops program priorities and determines dollar requirements. As directed, develops loadplans and analyzes transportation requirements for the wing and units. Schedules all requirements through AMC and MTMC to ensure personnel and equipment arrive according to planned tasking.
5. Reviews OPLANS, Concept Plans (CONPLANS), Concept of Operations (CONOP), USAF Special Operation Plans, Exercise Plans, and Execution Orders for tasking from higher headquarters. Determines availability of personnel and equipment for tasking and manages the War Reserve Material (WRM) assets at home station and deployed locations for units. Analyzes and identifies tasking for logistical shortfalls, limiting factors (LIMFACs) and problems; and compiles and submits to the senior officer for inclusion in the formal supportability/feasibility studies that allows commanders to make vital decisions that affect mission accomplishment. Formulates and prepares logistics annexes and consolidates inputs from all attached units in accordance with all-applicable regulations and directives.
6. Analyzes In-Garrison Expeditionary Site Plans (IGESP) and participates in site surveys to ascertain, identify, and plan airlift and logistical support requirement needs to support and sustain the wing and units.

As a HR SPEC (MIL), GS-0201-09, you will perform the below duties:

1. Serves as advisor to commanders on assigned unit human resources (HR) programs. Interprets policy and provides procedural guidance to commanders, supervisors, and staff members. Provides guidance and assistance on unit program(s) for which responsible. Provides training to supervisors on all military human resources issues. Analyzes data and subsequent determinations regarding any number of human resources matters that may involve or affect AGRs, drill status guardsmen, and/or family members. Advises supervisors or managers within unit when actions may affect productivity or mission. Conducts staff visits and trains personnel (AGRs), traditional drill status guardsmen, supervisors, managers, etc.) within the unit in all programs for which responsible. SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The purpose of this position is to analyze malfunctions, troubleshoot, remove, install, repair, modify, maintain, test, align, calibrate and certify the components of the aircraft electrical system the electronically and pneumatically controlled environmental system, and associated test equipment, and to certify these systems are air worthy, by intensive inspections of the Electrical/Electronic and Environmental System and peripherals.

• Performs functional tests, analyzes performance and troubleshoots the electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical functions of the subsystems integrated into the digital brake/antiskid system, maintenance annunciation panel (MAP) system of the integrated main generator, standby generator, emergency generator, flight control power, AC/DC power distribution and sub-systems integrated into the electronic/electrical and environmental systems. As an INFORMATION SECURITY SPECIALIST, GS-0080-11, you will perform the following duties:

1. Initiates and implements policies and procedures required to manage sensitive compartmented information (SCI) programs and to protect SCI resources. Acts as resident expert on all SCI security matters. Functions as the technical authority in all other areas of classified security and classification guidance. Duties require incumbent to maintain currency on a variety of different security program interrelationships, requirements, regulations and guidance in order to apply this knowledge to protect SCI facilities and materials from espionage, sabotage, and destruction.

2. Establishes policies and procedures for accomplishment of SCI protection and security. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organizational missions and security requirements. As an Intelligence Operations Specialist, GS-0132-09/11, you will assure the Intelligence Squadron maintains a capability to provide appropriate Gaining Command entities with timely fused intelligence support and fully trained intelligence personnel, during peace time operations. Subject to the dangers from toxic fumes, oil, heat, fluids, shock, high noise level, possible cuts, abrasions and burns, extremely low temperature cryogenic liquids and extremely high air pressures while repairing, adjusting, positioning, or moving equipment. Works with high voltage electrical power and must come in contact with petroleum products. Incumbent works on equipment parts that are dirty and greasy and may be dangerous to operate or repair because of defects. Follows safety procedures and wears protective equipment that may be uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time.

As an Intelligence Operations Specialist, GS-0132-09/11, you will assure the Intelligence Squadron maintains a capability to provide appropriate Gaining Command entities with timely fused intelligence support and fully trained intelligence personnel, during peace time operations. Administer daily targeting, collections, and analysis of the assigned portion of the Gaining Command Area of Responsibility (AOR). Coordinate with the Gaining Command on intelligence elements (collections, analysis and/or targeting) needed to carry out coordination and liaison with counterparts and colleagues in such other major command intelligence organizations as Air Combat Command (ACC), Air Mobility Command (AMC), Air National Guard Bureau Headquarters (NGB), United States Air Forces Europe (USAFE), Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) and such other governmental agencies as Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Security Agency (NSA), U.S. Space Command (SPACECOM), Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency (AFISR Agency), and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Incumbent represents the organization at interagency conferences and meetings that deal with specialty functions and intelligence-specific roles in the AOC. Relay requirements and work toward harmonious working relationships with all intelligence contacts. During contingency operations, provide assistance in the form of offensive and defensive information operations support, collections, targeting, and analysis, either from home station and/or via travel to the Gaining Command.

As an ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN, GS-0856-11, you will perform the following duties:

1. Certifies assigned systems and sub-systems to ensure compliance with USAF and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) established standards and safety requirements. ATCALS cannot be used unless certified by the employee. These systems include (insert specific system(s) here). Installs, modifies, tests, repairs, overhauls, calibrates, maintains, evaluates, and certifies performance of complex integrated and interfacing electronic systems. Ensures systems are operating at peak efficiency with minimum interruptions by performing optimization, analysis, periodic testing, and corrective procedures. Makes overall evaluation and determination as to whether or not the facilities are operating within prescribed standards and tolerances. Required to assist in formalized inspections of facilities and equipment. Assists in flight check inspection and joint acceptance of newly installed equipment and/or major modifications to the system(s) as required. Participates in the installation, modification, and final testing of all newly installed ATCALS and weather equipment. Collaborates with FAA flight inspection personnel regarding in-flight and/or ground check tolerances and makes on-the-spot determinations as to what actions to take to return system(s) to operable condition. Provides advice to supervisor on significant issues and problems related to work accomplishment. Develops and recommends changes in procedures and technical instructions to ensure more efficient operations and/or reduction in maintenance time. Maintains inspection and certification records that are required by technical orders, applicable regulations, and operating instructions. Annotates modifications on historical reports and records. Documents maintenance and training using computerized and manual methods. Analyzes equipment historical documents and maintenance records for trends, prepares reports on trend analysis, and recommends corrective actions. Carries out supplementary assignments that improve the performance of the assigned systems.

2. Determines when equipment malfunctions warrant shutdown of various systems. Acts as expert technical consultant to determine whether systems are operationally acceptable and safe within the prescribed standards and tolerances for air traffic control and air navigation. Diagnoses cause of equipment degradation and malfunctions through application of electronic theory, system analysis, use of test equipment, schematics, wiring diagrams, and mathematical analysis. Troubleshoots equipment to localize, isolate, and accomplish necessary repairs. Determines when equipment malfunctions warrant shutdown of various systems. Depending on the system involved and the impact of its loss, immediately notifies controlling sources such as air traffic controllers, weather forecasters, and the military chain of command. Performs corrective maintenance by diagnosing, isolating, and repairing complex system(s)/subsystem(s) malfunctions to restore services with a minimum delay.

3. Provides technical guidance, training, and assistance to other technicians and conducts on-the-job (OJT) training to apprentices in all phases of work. Conducts and documents OJT in all phases of equipment maintenance. Certifies task qualifications and schedules task training. Performs quality control inspections, analysis of trend data, and recommends corrective actions. Coordinates with civil and military agencies on matters affecting equipment operating specifications, procurement of components and test equipment, standardizations, modification, policy, and procedures. Submits technical order improvements, modification proposals, and deficiency reports as needed.

4. Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment. Uses and assures proper fit of required safety equipment and clothing. Follows Federal and state rules when storing, using, handling, labeling, and disposing of hazardous materials and waste in accordance with environmental standards. Performs clean-up duties such as cleaning equipment, sweeping, straightening, and lining up tools and other property in the assigned area.

5. Performs other duties as assigned.
