1. Manages the development, delivery, and instruction of technical training. Develops, publishes, reviews, tracks, and distributes course materials. Conducts classroom, laboratory, or field instructions of highly technical requirements of advanced structural repair to ensure a complete understanding of specific methods, materials, and processes for fabrication and assembly. As an instructor and subject matter expert, maintains, updates, or develops self-contained training materials (courses, aids, methods, training plans, etc.) specific to assigned courses.
2. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the organization, ensuring that manpower, personnel, force development/education and training related operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
3. Participates in special manpower, personnel, force development/education and training related operation projects and initiatives and performs special assignments.
4. Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
