• Evaluates unit installations, repair, and maintenance of lightning protection systems, munitions/weapons storage area electrical systems and other large commercial and industrial electrical systems with complex problems and extensive repairs.
• Evaluates work related to construction management, design, and programming/base development functions for compliance with existing laws, instructions, and regulations.

Summary: The primary purpose of this position is: To provide appropriate, specialized developmental care and instruction for children in the Child Development Center (CDC). In addition, performs basic oversight and supervision for a designated classroom for ages 6 months through 5 years. The incumbent may be designated as the supervisor on duty, as needed, whenever the Child Development Center (CDC) Director is not physically in the facility.

Duties:

• Designs, implements, and reviews activity plans.

GS-12 - The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the senior labor relations specialist at an Air Force (AF) installation, establishing and maintaining effective relationships including the use of non-traditional collaborative approaches with labor organizations that represent federal employees, negotiating and administering labor agreements, and providing guidance and consultation to management on a variety of labor relations matters. Also performs work that involves providing advice and assistance to employees and managers, program administration, research, and case management in matters related to conduct, performance, attendance, and dispute resolution.

Duties:

• As the senior labor relations specialist at an AF installation, oversees, carries out, and advises management on the local labor relations program.
• Negotiates labor agreements between management and labor organizations.
• Serves as technical advisor and management representative involving third party proceedings.
• Performs the full range of employee relations management duties for an AF installation.

• Manages the Installation Personnel Reliability Assurance Program (PRAP). Acts as the focal point for all installation level PRAP issues for 2d Bomb Wing, a NAF, MAJCOM HQ's and tenants.
• Installation focal point for PRAP audits, studies and inspections. Compiles, reviews, and analyzes statistical data for trends; makes program adjustments based on trend analysis results to mitigate potential discrepancies that could negatively impact the PRAP and/or provide access to an individual(s) not authorized; keeping in mind that any installation standards need to support the unique mission requirements of the one wing, a NAF, MAJCOM HQ's and tenants.
• Manages PRAP positions through coordination with unit commanders/certifying officials and their PRAP monitors. Develops and provides training for unit commanders/certifying officials, unit monitors, military personnel section and civilian personnel section.

• Manages daily work associated with the operations and utilization of privatized housing.
• Performs financial analysis of installation housing privatization project and housing operations and maintenance (O&M) accounts using financial statements, budgets, historical data, and personal research.
• Provides information and assistance to management, housing personnel, and base leadership regarding the installation housing privatization project.

Directly assists the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions. Administers programs and serves as the primary source of information.

Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs.

Serves as a unit liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices. Monitors personnel action requests, tracks personnel, manpower, and training transactions as documentation flows through the squadron and provides status reports to management.
