SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to utilize specialized ESL/EFL expertise and organizational knowledge to execute routine and non-routine Instruction Branch program management operations, and to ensure effective instructor workforce management and student program management of U.S. Military and International and civilian students training.

DUTIES

• Plans, organizes and manages international and US student class schedules.
• Serves as the flight POC and subject matter expert on instructional area operating procedures, including ECL, ALCPT, Book Quiz, OPI and PE testing.
• Coordinates Instruction Branch special training programs, to include US Army (Echo Co.) Element, Puerto Rico US Army ROTC Program, USAF ROTC Program and PME Prep Program, and others as assigned.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
• Conducts ESL/EFL/ESP instruction and/or ESL/EFL instructor training for international and US students and/or instructor-students both at the resident campus and while deployed on nonresident Mobile Training Team (MTT) assignment.
