• Serves as Senior Paralegal and Administrative assistance providing independent professional legal assistance directly to the Chief and contracts attorney, Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), who in turns supports the ACC/AMIC Director by providing advice and guidance on matters relating to acquisition law at the Headquarters Air Combat Command level; to act as a primary contact regarding divers legal issues and administrative operations with senior management, program managers, contracting officers, and individual attorneys; and to work with counterparts at ACC, The Judge Advocate General's Corps ("JAG Corps"), Air Force Legal Operations Agency ("AFLOA"), Department of Defense ("DoD"), and other Executive agencies regarding same issues.

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to 57th Operations Support Squadron, Airfield Operations Flight (OSA). To provide air traffic control (ATC) services to military and civilian aircraft operating in a RADAR environment using instrument flight rules (IFR) and visual flight rules (VFR) providing for the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic. To provide non-radar services in allocated airspace in the event of radar outages.

• Provides policy and procedural guidance for the 633ABW Commander, Vice Commander, Director of Staff, and other applicable personnel concerning proper protocol requirements for visiting dignitaries, military ceremonies conferences, official meetings, briefings, social functions, and special projects.

Incumbent performs the following: drives one or more types of motor vehicles to include passenger vehicle, passenger van, pickup trucks towing travel and equipment trailers, and water/snow recreational motor vehicles based on specific assignments and schedules. Reads maps and judges road, traffic, water, snow, and weather conditions to determine the shortest and fastest route. Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Manages the activities of the Installation Personnel Readiness (IPR) office. Responsible for the management and supervision of military personnel working in the IPR office. Directly responsible to the Military Personnel Flight Commander/Force Support Squadron Commander. Keeps Mission Support Commander abreast of all mission taskings-training, exercise, or contingency, and funding programs that involve Force Support Squadron personnel. Ensures DCAPES in-garrison and deployable systems are ready for deployment at all times. Continually monitors all Air Force and ACC directives to ensure any changes are incorporated into 23d Wing plans. Maintains currency in base OPLANS and existing directives tasking wing personnel and units for deployment.
• Serves as the FSS war planner for all facets of personnel contingencies, exercise, and deployments. Maintains familiarity with all tasked OPLANs and other taskings requiring movement of personnel. Works with the Installation Deployment Officer (IDO) to ensure the base's installation deployment plan covers all aspects of processing and accounting for moving forces. Develops personnel inputs to base deployment plans, continuity of operations plan (COOP) plans, and emergency action plans. Works with IDO, the FSS commander, MPF commander, and the PDF OIC/NCOIC in developing centralized in/out processing procedures in support of plans requiring mass movement of forces.
• Maintain the Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES) assigned to the FSS. Ensures the DCAPES equipment is loaded by the designated equipment custodian into a deployable ITAMS account. Develop and submit terminal area procedures to the CGGS information security officer. Ensure the implementation of security guidelines established IAW GTASO directives. Report security abnormalities and incidents to the GISSO.
• Coordinate Personnel Support for Contingency Operations (PERSCO) and Personnel Deployment Function (PDF) training and AEF assignment. Responsible for planning and monitoring all DCAPES, PERSCO, and PDF training with the Military Personnel Flight.
