Performs and/or assists in operation and maintenance of recreational facilities. Establishes schedules of events as well as the rules and regulations to be observed. Types of duties include, but are not limited to, the following: tests water-skiing and boating equipment for safe operation; demonstrates safety and conservation techniques for campsites, water sports area, firing ranges, and hunting areas; demonstrates equipment and techniques of various outdoor activities such as camping, swimming, and boating; sets up gymnasiums and playing fields for sports events, tournaments, and practice games when such assignments require a practical knowledge of the rules and procedures of such activities (i.e., are not simply manual labor assignments); inspects outdoor recreation and sports facilities and equipment for security and general conditions; and schedules campsites, cabins, boats, and other outdoor recreation equipment and areas for use, with responsibility for seeing that they are vacated or returned in good order. Incumbent performs the following: drives one or more types of motor vehicles to include passenger vehicle, passenger van, pickup trucks towing travel and equipment trailers, and water/snow recreational motor vehicles based on specific assignments and schedules. Reads maps and judges road, traffic, water, snow, and weather conditions to determine the shortest and fastest route. Performs other related duties as assigned.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support and assists the Club Manager in the economic and efficient operation of the club.

Monitors operations of a club or assigned area. Responsible for issue, receipt, and control of cash boxes. Prepares a report of all significant occurrences during the shift. Reviews the schedule of functions that are to take place during the assigned shift and ensures they are carried out as planned by management. Ensures that only authorized personnel use the facility, and that club rules, regulations and established procedures are followed. Assures patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer problems. Provides instruction and guidance to all club staff members on functions taking place during the shift. Inspects and secures facility at the end of the shift.

• Assigns lanes to be used, operates control console, rents shoes and sells items in the pro shop. Conducts inventories of pro shop items may be required to inventory snack bar resale items, facility equipment and other supply items.
• Demonstrates and instructs participants on the proper use of equipment and provides guidance and instruction on bowling techniques. Inform supervisor of equipment malfunctions as well as other items needing maintenance or repair.
• May supervise, lead, oversee and/or coordinate the daily activities of other employees engaged in the performance of their duties.
• Assist in advertising and recruiting participants for leagues, tournaments, special events and open play activities.
• May be required to schedule and administer these activities in the capacity of league secretary or tournament director.

• Involved in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of complex activities to assess the wing/center Commander's Inspection Program (CCIP), and the Exercise and Evaluation Program.
• Performs thorough analysis of unit capabilities versus inspection requirements to determine the most efficient exercise, inspection, and visit schedules which minimize costs and maximize unit readiness.
• Facilitates logistical and administrative support needed for the execution of MAJCOM IG Team travel.
• Implements and administers the Personnel Security Program for the Directorate.

• Administers the installation's military personnel testing program for a variety of military tests. Schedules testing requirements ensuring compliance with testing deadlines established by the agency.
• Receives and reviews testing requirements in support of the Weighted Airman Promotion System (WAPS). Monitors daily products such as transaction registers and strength changes to track and determine individual's testing requirements and verify testing eligibility.
• Oversees the Foreign Language Proficiency Pay (FLPP) Program. Ensures all requirements for FLPP eligibility are met. Tests all officers and airmen with commander approval who claim proficiency or native language ability in one or more foreign languages.
• Maintains and controls test material. Monitors and reviews stock levels to ensure appropriate test materials are available. Mails controlled test booklets to all geographically separated units (GSUs) for the Special Test Control Officers (STCOs).
• Uses multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc.

Assists in providing recruitment and placement service to NAF activities by procedurally processing a full range of personnel actions such as appointments, position and pay changes, transfers, and separations.

Assists patrons with golf club rental, assigns golf carts, sells pro-shop merchandise, processes patron special orders, and informally demonstrates equipment usage. Explains course safety rules and regulations to patrons.

Receives and logs merchandise and creates merchandise displays. Ensures all sales, fees and charges are rung up on the cash register. Responsible for maintaining the pro shop in a neat, clean and orderly condition. Ensures only authorized patrons use golf course and facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned.
