JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
- To process the full-suite of payroll for Sinagpore and overseas employees
- Process monthly benefit claims for all employees
- To upload accruals, post general ledgers, prepare secondment billings and process payments, accounts clearance,
- handle audit queries and system testing for changes relating to payroll and claims;
- To verify timesheets and process invoices
- Any other tasks related to this role
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Diploma or equivalent
- Experience using SAP HR is preferred
- Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
- Strong aptitude to learn quickly and pick up new skills, highly adaptable
- Meticulous, detail-oriented and organized
- Independent and good team player
