Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering

The Role:

Carry out any housekeeping to maintain a safe workplace on and off the road.
Immediately report any factors which create an unsafe site for bulk deliveries to the Logistics Manager for follow up and also prior to delivery if known.
Assist the company to make sure maximum utilisation of company assets and protection of those assets.
Before every fill check test dates of cylinders and report out of date cylinders to the Logistics team.
Check Compliance Plates for all fixed Installations prior to refill and report non-compliant sites to the Logistics team.
Support the sales team and build the area by referring potential customers.
Make sure personal compliance with regulations regarding Dangerous Goods Licences.
Make sure you have the correct and adequate drivers licence for bulk delivery transportation.
Immediate reporting of any vehicle or property damage (no matter how small or large) to Logistics Manager.
Other general duties as assigned and required.

Assist in maintaining the asset register for the purposes of depreciation, asset management and capital planning in accordance with legislation, accountability frameworks and the organisation’s objectives
Participate in the annual internal and external auditing processes to ensure that appropriate systems are in place and maintained
Preparation and review of data and balances (to ensure appropriate management approval) of timesheets to process payroll
Cost out the hours through Pronto
Credit Cards – process transactions, control accounts and reconcile when the statement is issued. Send invoices for approval
Setup all new creditors and ensure documentation is completed including Creditor retention process
Strictly adhere to processes and practices under HVAC’s document control system in all work performed, participate in quality audit and quality improvement activities as required and adopt a quality focus in all work activities undertaken
Monitoring emails – actioning payable and payroll emails with a 24 hour turn around
Ad hoc finance administration projects as required by the Financial Controller or CFO

Adelaide Blast & Spray Services is seeking highly skilled and experienced PAINTING TRADES PERSON to join their professional team on a full time and permanent basis.

Duties and responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Understand surface preparation and finishes.
Be able to understand and complete works to specifications.
Be able to mix to correct ratio two-part paint coatings etc.
Select paints, varnishes and stains to various surfaces using brushes, sprays, and rollers.
Understand the use of Wet Film Thickness Gauges and be able to achieve specified dry film thickness.
Be able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Erecting scaffolding and ladders.
Cleaning equipment and work areas.

To be considered for this position you MUST have:
Outstanding communication skills
The ability to work as rostered and be on time is ESSENTIAL
The capacity to paint successfully to specification with a spray gun (Mainly pump and hand guns)
The ability to always Produce a quality finish
Work in a professional and safe manner
Understanding of WHS requirements compliance, and the correct use of PPE
Great problem-solving skills
The ability to follow instructions and ask questions to clarify
Car license
Forklift license preferable
