CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Cybersecurity Analyst IV (CA IV) supporting the Depart of Defense Chief Information Office Mission Support Service (CMSS) Contract at the Department of Defense located at the Pentagon, Washington DC.
What You’ll Get to Do:
The PNT CA IV will support DoD CIO GPS/PNT Core Support Services enterprise goals, increase mission effectiveness, and deliver efficiencies. Additionally, the CA IV will design, develops, implements, or recommends cybersecurity control solutions that ensure protection of information and systems within the requirements of the CIO GPS/PNT Task Order.
More About the Role:
Assist in researching, developing systems security policy, requirements, and guidelines and develop, publish, and maintain related documentation.
Provide GPS and PNT security guidance, assessments, recommendation to systems developers and integrators.
Development, update and integrate new security architectures/policies for the DoD PNT Enterprise.
Provide engineering expertise in development, updates, and integration of new security architectures/policies for the DoD PNT Enterprise.
Research, review, and preparation of staff packages, briefings for waivers, and other exceptions to policy ensuring coherence with Joint Chiefs of Staff operating instructions and procedures.
Overseeing, coordinating, participate with GPS security policy waiver working group activities. Perform assessments and provide recommendations on GPS and PNT security issues.
Develop, maintain, and provide training courses addressing the PNT Enterprise. Present the course to Government and contractor personnel as specified by the COTR.
Conduct threat and vulnerabilities assessments associated with cybersecurity aspects of the DoD PNT Enterprise. This includes specifically those PNT capabilities inherent in enabling the operation of cybersecurity applications integral to information, communication, and command and control systems used by the DoD.
Additionally, the CA IV will Design, develop, implement, or recommend cybersecurity control solutions that ensure protection of information and systems. Establish enterprise-wide cybersecurity requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands. Identifies security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities of networks, systems, applications and new technology initiatives and recommended mitigation measures. Support customers in the development, implementation, and maintenance of strategy, doctrine, standards, policies, and procedures.
Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or work assignments. Directs the activities of more junior personnel or other staff as necessary.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Master’s degree or equivalent and 12 years of related experience working with GPS/PNT and National Leadership Command Capability.
Meet the IAT Level III security certification requirements required by DoD 8140.01-M, such as CompTIA CASP or CISSP, etc.
Demonstrate strong writing skills in order to provide finished briefing products, fully developed correspondence packages and policy document reviews and recommendations.
The selected candidate should be familiar with the National Capital Region (NCR) and be knowledgeable of DOD (services, components, COCOMs, etc.) and the various players who are stakeholders in the Senior leader communications mission domains and with U.S. PNT stakeholders.
Possess strong working knowledge of Pentagon processes and offices.
Have strong technical expertise and skills using MS Office products (word, excel, teams etc.)
Demonstrate the ability to work productively with diverse organizations across the DoD, civil government agencies, other branches of government, and international representatives and agencies.
Domain and expert technical knowledge and extensive experience in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes.

$109,800 - $241,600
