As a Lead Teller, you act as a resource in identifying and resolving client servicing issues, serve as the primary troubleshooter for complex problems and client service needs, and enhance client relationships with Key by providing distinctive quality service. Lead Tellers ask questions and listen to clients to uncover financial needs and transition clients to a banker to have a deeper financial wellness conversation. Lead Tellers help observe and provide coaching to Tellers to enhance the client experience and operational effectiveness and are responsible for day-to- day Teller scheduling, staffing issues and branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls. Responsibilities

• Manage day to day duties for the branch teller line, including scheduling of tellers, observing, and providing coaching to tellers to enhance effectiveness, and overseeing of branch operational standards; Provide direction and guidance for branch staff on operational/regulatory procedures.
• Review and maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies to stay current on offerings
• Support the Branch Manager in onboarding and training of new Tellers to the team

What does our Internship Program offer?

Key’s Retail Banking Internship is a 12-week rotational program that provides interns an opportunity to work alongside our Bankers operating from a KeyBank branch. Interns will learn customer service, conversational banking skills, and how to create a great client experience while helping bring our Financial Wellness strategy to life. High-performing interns will have an opportunity to be considered for a full-time retail banking position as well as admission into Key’s Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program after six months’ employment.

Interns will be involved in a host of retail bank line of business specific work that directly impact and benefit Key’s business and strategic pillars. The program includes networking with Key teammates across all levels of the consumer bank, an executive speaker series that will provide insight on Key’s competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development best practices. Interns will be provided with mentorship and will receive consistent feedback that will spark excitement and interest in bringing one’s full-time career to Key post college.

Job Summary
The Merchant Sales Advisor serve as integral member of the Key Merchant Services sales teams in assigned districts and/or segment, within Consumer Business Banking. With a focus on growing client relationships with payment and card processing needs, the Merchant Sales Advisor assists as part of the client's trusted advisor team for solutions in order to develop, manage and retain profitable client relationships for clients with basic to moderately complex merchant needs. Provides recommendations and solutions to help ensure the team achieves their goals. Will resolve client issues and execute appropriate action to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $67,724 - $69,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.

Job Summary
The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) assists clients with the origination of residential mortgage loans, including providing analysis and advice to current and prospective clients on home lending solutions that meet their needs and financial objectives. The MLO is expected to develop referrals as a means to grow Key's home lending business and client base. The MLO is expected to meet or exceed established sales goals while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and loan quality.

• Prospects home lending business to build and develop new client loan originations and relationships and new originations. This can include developing internal referral relationships as well as developing external centers of influence to refer home lending opportunity
