Key Requirements:
If you're passionate about the automotive and 4WD world, skilled at repairs, and enjoy solving technical challenges, this role is a great fit. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn and grow.
You should have:
3+ years of experience in mechanical workshops
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Motivation, passion, and a positive attitude
Experience with wheel alignments
Experience with suspension and steering work
Ability to work effectively with apprentices
Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Conducting suspension, steering, and brake checks
Installing 4x4 suspension lift kits
Performing diagnostics and alignment corrections
Installing performance enhancement and repair components
Performing high-quality wheel alignments and brake upgrades
