• You will monitor the Contractor's Production, Quality and Manufacturing performance in the shipbuilding.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer with overall supervision and management of either an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, a Maintenance Squadron, an Equipment Maintenance Squadron or a Component Maintenance Squadron at an Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) unit-equipped or associate unit.

RESPONISIBILITIES:
1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the squadron. Manages assigned maintenance resources and ensures production meets operational requirements and technical standards. Recommends procedural and technical improvements and modifications.
2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities to include personnel and position management, equal opportunity, security, and safety. At the full performance level (GS-13) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Manages the GOMR aviation program and acts as the primary point of contact (POC) for all GOMR aviation program matters.

2. Provides expert technical assistance to Regional Directors, Regional Supervisors, District Managers, other supervisors who have employees that utilize aviation resources, and Interagency Partners in the development and implementation of aviation programs.

Salary Information
GS-13: Step 1 $103,409 - Step 10 $134,435 per annum.

First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the lower salary range of the grade level.
