Seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Team Leader to oversee the entire supply chain across their beverage business, including domestic franchisees, international operations, and their manufacturing site. This role will involve managing relationships with 3PL providers, logistics companies, and leading a team of supply chain coordinators and inventory planners.
Your new role
As the Supply Chain Team Leader, you will oversee the entire supply chain for the business, managing relationships with 3PL providers and logistics companies. You will ensure inventory control and accuracy, monitor operational performance, and seek improvement opportunities. Collaborating with suppliers and internal departments, you will align demand plans with inventory levels to meet customer needs, minimizing stockouts and write-offs. Your leadership will support the supply chain team, driving performance and professional development, and preparing monthly KPI reports on inventory, warehouse, and logistics performance.
Financial responsibilities include managing warehousing and logistics costs, reviewing customer credit requests, and identifying opportunities to reduce 3PL storage costs. You will ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to support effective supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications Supply Chain preferred
Experience in FMCG and working with third-party logistics providers.
Proven leadership skills in managing small teams and creating positive work environments.
Strong domestic and international freight management expertise.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with SAP, Navision, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F+O.
Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate decision-making across various departments.
