The Role

The Demand & Supply Planner is responsible for the management and execution of the planning regime for selected categories through our supply chain to meet the service expectations of the growing 7-Eleven store network. The objective of this being to lead in-store product availability and support the resolution of demand and supply issues across our network.

With a focus on improving product availability and customer service without compromising working capital and efficiency, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the consensus demand plan, inventory and replenishment plans with consideration of the impacts to the category ambitions.

• Build the consensus demand, inventory and replenishment plan incorporating historical analysis & market insight gathered in conjunction with the Category & Marketing teams.
• Collate and distribute forecasts, generate & input to information decks for relevant meetings within the S&OP process.
• Review validity of the information and planning process, validate consistency with category and marketing plans and identify any anomalies or exceptions.
• Ensure that all the planning specific supply chain processes are coordinated to ensure effective and successful delivery of products to the stores.
• Monitor availability issues and devise solutions for the identified issues, escalating where required and appropriate.

• Responsible for supporting new program launches, supplier audits, and systemic supplier quality issues.

SUMMARY

The Replenishment Driver’s primary job function is to put away and retrieve products from back stock locations for the Receiving and Stocking departments. This position works under general supervision. The position will interact with a supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback. Many non-routine activities will require a supervisor’s advance approval.

• Operate a forklift to move and put away product. Replenish pick areas identified by replenishment reports and various requests for needed product.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Responsible for the Warehouse operational execution, architecture, network design and optimized flow of materials through the network (in/out and thru operations), oversight of N. American Warehouse Network (currently 14 DC's and 52 Cross-Dock locations currently), warehouse operational performance, process & technology platforms, last mile delivery execution (performance); partners with Transportation org for last mile process & technology strategies, 3PL partner management (where applicable), and Quality, Compliance, Cost, Service and Associate performance excellence

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for meeting quality/safety/compliance, service, management, and financial objectives for Supply Chain Management which includes the Distribution Operations function. Provides strategic leadership of short and long-term goals through the use of thoughtful techniques in the communication of the company's mission and core values as a means to implement positive change and/or create organizational structure within assigned business unit(s).

The Project Scheduler will lead the planning & scheduling efforts on multiple high impact commercial construction projects. They are also expected to contribute to Corporate Initiatives including, but not limited to, training development and delivery, data analytics, trend identification and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement accepted Planning & Scheduling Best Practices 

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation and acceptance of usable Baseline schedules for construction

• Monitor multiple project schedules being developed and updated by Operations staff and provide guidance as necessary

• Interact with the Operations team and represent Clark and its partners in the best manner to owners, subcontractors, and their representatives

• Support the development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules with executive management and present to selection committees if required

• Utilize analytics to identify and report on project trends

• Effectively cost and manpower load schedules for use during the execution of the project

• Evaluate the actual construction status relative to proposed plan

• Analyze and communicate the impact of changes to the schedule

• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per recommended practices by commonly accepted standards

• Travel to project sites

• Develop and deliver specialized Planning, Scheduling and other Project Controls training for Clark Corporate University

• Critique, create, and recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures

• Be responsible for special projects and other departmental duties as necessary

Basic Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred

• 4+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects

• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives

Clark offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, retirement/401k, and Company Contribution plan. • Minimum age requirement 21 years.

• Valid CDL.

• Hazardous material endorsement or 90 days to obtain.

• Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card prior to onboarding. Must meet the physical qualification requirement established for the USDOT (Part 391,Subpart E)

• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen.

• Must be “not prohibited” in the clearing house.

• Must not be currently enrolled in the Return to Duty Process.

• Must be willing to participate in the DOT random drug testing program.

• Must read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand highway signs and signals, converse with delivery clients and general public, respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports/records. Regulation 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2).
