To fetch workers from dormitory to work sites in the morning daily

Assisting with pick up & drop off workers on a daily basis
-Perform transportation duties as instructed by the supervisor and carry out duties
-Perform collection and delivery of goods/materials to various destinations
-Responsible for daily inspection of lorry
-Maintaining the general cleanliness of the vehicle
-To assist the Manager in coordinating the daily operational duties
-Obey Rules & Regulation in the dormitory/work site
-Ensure health and safety in the dormitory and sites
-Ensure dormitory and site conditions and lodging records are according to MOM requirement
-To coordinate staff deployment when necessary
-To handle feedback and complaints and update the Manager accordingly
-Ensure that equipment are in good working conditions
- To help in simple work such as cleaning
-Able to work independently with attitude
-Have a good communication & interpersonal skills
-Familiar with Singapore roads and use of navigation apps
-Safe driving manner at all times and adhering to the traffic Rules & Regulations as stated in the Road Traffic Act

Driving a car for Company's catering of food with related equipment/utensils for catering for corporate events and private functions, and includes loading and unloading food and catering equipment and timely delivery. Job scope includes maintaining the vehicle by way of safety and checks, adhering to safety compliance and regulations. The organisation is looking to recruit 2 x personal driver for it's senior management. Duties include but not limited to;

1. Drive and transport family members to their respective activities.
2. Clean all vehicles on a regular basis and ensure upkeep of the cars, including cash card and petrol etc.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Officer to specialise in either import or export operations for ocean freight, ensuring the timely movement of shipments, compliance with customs regulations, and exceptional customer service.

• Respond to calls and email enquiries promptly;
• Coordinate and follow up with customers and vendors for shipment and transport arrangements;
• Create and manage import or export documentation, including customs clearance applications or customs permit declarations;
• Generate daily operations reports, updating events into the transport management system;
• Generate invoices and validate cost accrual for shipment-related charges within designated timelines;
• Adhere to customers’ requirements and proactively address and resolve any issues;
• Verify costs and generate invoices for the proper closing of jobs.
