About the Job
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our busy, friendly distribution teams! Working closely with trainers in the department and wider departments as well as our central Learning and Development team, you will effectively manage the delivery of the distribution training and and support in staff development in this area by ensuring that all staff are trained to do their job effectively plus developed for progression.
You will be experienced in delivering training, ideally in a similar environment and be confident in rolling out SOP training, monitoring that all staff are up to date with all mandatory training and reporting on this regularly. You will be a confident communicator and be approachable and willing to support the staff with any training needs.
You will be experienced in using an LMS system and deliver pre-written training as well as writing some bespoke training on occasion such as user guides for our warehouse management system, based on the needs of the distribution team.

Other Essential Information
This role is based at our East Midlands Gateway Distribution site. There will also be some local travel required between EMG and our Lenton Manufacturing site.
There will be an occasional requirement to work evening and weekend shifts to ensure all staff are fully trained.
