Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Preparing color tint to match paint color, mixing paint colors and ensuring all formulations, preparations, top coating and curing meet original equipment manufacturer (OEM) recommended standards for proper application sequence, timing and materials usage, ensuring that all paint operations are complete, all masking is removed, and all prior paint-related disassembly have been reassembled prior to returning the vehicle to the body technician.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems

• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals

The Role

As a Distribution Center and Loss Prevention Administrator, you work closely with the Distribution Center, Safety, Loss Prevention, various teams, you ensure accurate and coordinated administration, recordable safety and lp relatable information, timely flow of information, ordering. May interact with operations, facilities, and contingency workforce agencies.  

Answer telephones, take messages and/or direct questions to appropriate personnel. Compose and prepare memorandums, letters, reports and correspondence as requested by the Loss Prevention Safety Manager and leadership.

Develop and maintain filing systems. Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as required. Distribute incoming inter-department and US mail. Type correspondence, agendas, meeting minutes and required reports.

Create necessary forms utilizing the computer. Prepare and distribute various reports, forms and documents. Establish and maintain various computer files. Prepare, review for accuracy and forward billings. Perform routine maintenance of office equipment including backing up and purging computer files. Compile, record, tabulate and file monthly reports as required. Receive and disseminate information to the general public and news media as directed. Properly handle confidential information, correspondence and other documents. Make travel and lodging arrangements as required. Perform other duties as required.

• Manage daily orders, Create inventory report/order for each brand and season.  

• Coordinate with Distribution management to resolve order issues; process special request, etc.

Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a Reliability Engineer with a background in process, mechanical, chemical, or a similar engineering discipline to support environmental remediation projects for a major oil and gas client in Northwest Indiana (greater Chicago area). In this role, you will apply engineering principles, client protocols, and industry best practices to operations, maintenance, and optimization efforts for a variety of groundwater remediation systems at an active oil refinery.  The Reliability Engineer must be versatile, and enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team-oriented environments and have exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills. 

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize system performance relative to pump curves and design setpoints.  Develop and update system curves. 
• Review system data to support maintenance efforts, operational adjustments, and/or design changes.
• Review, update, and/or develop project engineering documents, drawings, and contractor job notes.
• Support non-routine projects including scope development and management of change (MoC) oversight.
• Support site-wide Pipe Management Program via the development of pipe maintenance plans and investigation of pipe corrosion and clogging incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Material, or similar)
• 3+ years related work experience is required
• Familiarity of industry practices and regulations is required
• Experience with environmental remediation projects or engineering support in the oil and gas industry is a plus

May conduct shipping activity when time allows – picking, staging, auditing, paperwork flow from office Safely shuttle trailers to the plant. Monitor Transfer orders from the RF monitor. Double check orders that cannot be scanned Double check shipments for accuracy and compliance to picking/shipment requirements.
• Notify Supervisor of Transfer orders that won’t confirm on floor Verify all orders Comply with all shipping instructions, are loaded and posted correctly Operate the on board RF monitors.
• Building, equipment and supplies Conduct daily equipment check lists.
• Notify Supervisor of low inventory of supplies needed in warehouse.
• Perform routine maintenance within the work area.
• Make sure all trucks and trailers are in safe and operational order. Notify Warehouse Supervisor of all repairs necessary to keep equipment in safe operational order.
• To follow all housekeeping procedures. This includes Keeping all work areas including the dock areas & aisle ways clean & free from debris, immediately cleaning up any material loss or spillage, putting all trash into appropriate trash bins. Have knowledge of standard practices and procedures within a particular field. Must follow established routine. Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor. Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.

OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES

• Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures. Physically count all cycle counts directed to by Supervisor, report all inventory adjustments. Special requests / plant contact, grade changes, labeling, samples, etc…
• Assist in all office duties as requested by Supervisor Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
• Communicates with all team members to support the development of short and long range planning in support of the company’s goals and objectives Maintain personal tools required for your job.
• Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion. Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED. Possess a valid CDL Drivers license and pass DOT physical and drug test. Experience: 2-5 years’ experience in the field or in a related field with a current CDL Drivers License. Must be proficient in SAP as it relates to the job functions Be certified by C&W Services to operate a forklift

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnosing failures and making repairs on mechanical, electrical, or other various systems on a vehicle
• Discussing the nature of the difficulty with the driver(s)
• Using hydraulic jacks or hoist, to gain access to the underside of the unit and to aid in the removal or replacement of assemblies such as engines, transmissions, differentials, springs, etc. 
• Using electronic diagnostic tools and computer software to assist in the troubleshooting and repair of heavy duty trucks engine, braking, electrical, and cooling and exhaust systems 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance experience 
• Maintenance lead person experience 
• Training in diagnostic software and computerized tools for troubleshooting 
• Electronic braking systems 
• Experience rebuilding, repairing & fabricating aluminum & steel components

JOB SUMMARY

Delivery Technicians (DTs) at Apria improve the quality of life for our patients at home by delivering, setting up, and instructing patients on the use of medical equipment in their homes and care facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick up and deliver medical equipment (e.g., respiratory supplies, oxygen equipment, hospital beds, wheelchairs, etc.) and oxygen to patients in their homes.
• Assemble, set up, inspect and test equipment, and instruct patients and caregivers on basic operation and maintenance, in accordance with state licensing limitations.
• Complete paperwork relating to deliveries, pick-ups, testing and equipment checks, repairs, vehicle inspections, etc.
• Load and unload company vehicles with equipment and oxygen.
• Operate non-commercial vehicles (<10,000lbs GVW and carrying a combination of oxygen less than 1,001 lbs) carrying medical equipment and oxygen.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and check for gasoline, oil and fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes.
• May be required to clean, disinfect and assist with equipment repairs.
• May be required to work after-hours and on an on-call basis.
• Successfully complete all required safe driving programs, abide by applicable motor vehicle laws and ordinances, and demonstrate safe driving practices at all times throughout employment.
• Maintain valid licenses and endorsements required for the position.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Education and/or Experience

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required
• At least one-year related experience is required

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations:

• Valid Non-Commercial Driver’s License in the state where the employee works

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Delivers and picks up basic medical equipment and supplies.
• May instruct patients on basic use of respiratory therapy equipment, durable medical equipment, oxygen equipment, and other equipment/services approved by state licensure limitations.
• Loads and unloads durable medical equipment onto and off of delivery vehicle.
• Responds to emergency delivery calls as needed during regular business hours and on an on-call basis.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequent lifting/carrying 10 - 160 lbs, including up and down stairs
• Frequent pushing/pulling 20 lbs – 60 lbs, including up and down stairs
• Frequent sitting/standing/bending/stooping/squatting/kneeling/rotating/twisting
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, night (low to limited light) vision, and the ability to adjust focus
