Role Summary:

The primary responsibility of a 7.5 Tonne Driver is to transport used cooking oil from one location to another in a safe and efficient manner. The driver must ensure that the load is properly loaded, secured, and unloaded at the destination.

They must also be knowledgeable about the routes they take and have excellent driving skills to navigate through traffic, varying weather conditions and road hazards.

Initially, due to the nature of the sites being new to the area and not at full capacity, the Driver will take an active role in assisting the generation of new business.

To be successful as a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you must be able to demonstrate:

Counterbalance driver - St Helens

This role involves delivering Frozen goods using cages, completing anywhere from 5-10 drops per shift.
You will be required to have a good level of fitness as some manual work is required.

Successful candidates will have the following:
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- A valid CPC card
- A valid Digital Tachograph card
- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to night out when required.

Experience in a similar role is not crucial but will place candidates at an advantage.


This is a long term role

Monday-Friday
starting 0600 onwards.
The occasional weekend may be required however this is very rare.


£14 p/h Basic ,
£17.32 p/h overtime after 45 hrs.
