CAE seeks a creative Leader to join our civil Business & Helicopter Aviation Training group as a global people leader.

• This global leadership role is responsible for several elements of continuous improvement in business and helicopter aviation which impact the Customer training experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate with a high-degree of autonomy supporting business development, Customer sales initiatives, operations and product to drive CAE’s high-tech company culture.

• Perpetual assessment of business interests to optimize, enhance the experience and support our Customers with complimentary digital solutions to CAE corporate strategy.

• Support Operations Team and collective objectives and key results (OKR’s) driving a complimentary strategy, supporting as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Highly desirable to hold or have held an ICAO ATPL certificate.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications.

• Experience working with an Air Carrier – airline or charter company in a capacity more than a Pilot, preferably in Management.

• Familiarity in aviation, particularly business aviation to compliment change management activities.

• Preferred experience in multiple Civil aviation disciplines (Civil) and recent operational experience desired.

The Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Finance will partner with Supply Chain Management to extract hidden competitive advantages in the company’s sourcing, procurement, logistics and distribution chain. This job will create structural transparency and accountability using KPIs. Essential Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a clear strategic vision of how Finance can enable supply chain to optimize the business and organization. Build an organization of analysts to partner with the Operation to achieve financial commitments.

• Provide strategic business leadership with Executive Supply Chain Management on initiatives and sequencing to create a company competitive advantage in sourcing, production, logistics, distribution, and procurement cost and sourcing

• Be one of the organizations strongest change catalysts and set that pace within your team of analysts

• Develop multi-year cost and capacity target and glide paths in line with revenue and profitability targets through production and sourcing strategies

• Develop cash targets, inventory goals and BOM targets that tie back to P&L model financial goas.

• Lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes and the monthly forecasting process for the consolidated Supply Chain.

• Create predictable, sustainable and repeating finance processes. Drive continuous improvement in current processes

• Coordinate the development of annual Supply Chain cost savings initiatives to achieve goals including the monitors and reports the demonstrate monthly progress

• Ensure data driven financial analysis and diligence are part of every important decision made

• Ensure compliance with all corporate accounting, GAAP, IFRS and SOX

• Stay familiar with external, emerging supply chain and bring internally

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Leadership – Deploy the transformation strategies as set by the Global BW Supply Chain leader through structural design, process improvements, and systems application to support more effective and efficient supply chain for the Platform. • Supplier Relationship Management – Oversee supplier relationship management and contract negotiations, while closely aligning with B-W Enterprise Supply Chain leadership. Identify and develop supplier relationships with key suppliers based on ongoing business needs as well as strategic Platform goals. Work closely with suppliers and division leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and set strategies to deliver.
• Platform Initiatives – Help prioritize and lead supply chain opportunities initiated by the collective team. Lead teams and direct initiatives to optimize business processes, implement shared services, enhance usage of systems, leverage IT resources, and drive improved overall supply chain performance.  Evaluate resources and skills across the Platform that can benefit the broader team on a specific task, new role, and/or mid-term Project by identifying and bringing the proper resources for prioritized work.

Required Education and Experience:

• A successful blend of entrepreneurial disposition and established business experience to effectively lead supply chain leaders through building cost disciplines and a continuous improvement mindset to fuel future growth. Ideally, has led previous global supply chain groups, divisions, acquisitions, etc.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field with 10 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain leadership.

The Platform CFO is a Senior Director and is the business partner for dealership operations and oversees certain store accounting functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. Responsibilities
