Supply Chain Change and Improvement Manager
£55,000 to £65,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5)
Manchester City Centre, in this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and working in the office at least once a week

We're looking for a Change and Improvement Manager to join our Supply Chain team. We'll look to you to optimise our internal supply chain systems and support the wider Co-op to plan for external change programmes. You'll make sure that Supply Chain processes and the use of SAP is consistent across the Supply Chain team.
You'll work with our internal systems and teams to learn and understand SAP, looking at how we can improve the way we use technology across the business. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to our wider Co-op and connect with a huge network of our internal partners, whilst being an ambassador for change.
What you'll do
- Support the team to identify improvements to SAP ways of working
- Working alongside the development provided by our technology team and land it in supply chain
- Look for opportunities to continuously improve and pitch ideas around enhancements back to our technology team
- Make sure any improvements are shared cross functionally and relevant business processes are updated
- Be responsible for making sure supply chain processes are developed in collaboration with internal teams
- Identify short term capacity impacts and mitigate any risks to the business
- Lead a group of colleagues through a change project or working group to achieve a specific outcome
This role would suit people who have
- Experience working for an FMCG retailer, supply chain or logistics
- The ability to use and learn new systems with the technical capability to analyse data
- Experience in managing change projects
- The ability to lead, coach and support individuals through change
