The Role holder will analyse data and provide insight, escalation and intelligence to strategic and tactical decision making, supporting the wider objectives such as network design and allocation. This is a key strategic role focusing on matching operational knowledge with data insights and changes, driving to the root cause and leading operational designs and action plans to support CI initiatives and improvements through a LEAN culture and approach.
