Job Description
- Develop and implement lubricant supply chain strategies that are aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Monitor all aspects of the supply chain and optimize processes to improve efficiency. Ensure that the entire production process is legally compliant.
- Responsible for the procurement of raw materials, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth production operations. Based on the company’s annual business plan and actual market demand, allocate resources appropriately to guarantee timely delivery of products.
- Ensure the availability of raw and auxiliary materials, align production orders, and allocate production resources to maintain timely, accurate, and cost-effective operations. Provide reliable and stable equipment and process support.
- Develop plans for dynamic technological innovation, equipment updates, and investment modifications, continuously improving the efficiency of the production system. Monitor and analyze supply chain data, identify potential issues, and propose improvement recommendations. Regularly compile and report on supply chain operations to management.
- Fully responsible for controlling production costs, implementing cost control measures to reduce operational expenses and enhance profitability. Participate in the annual departmental budget preparation, ensuring that supply chain expenses remain within budget.
- Coordinate effectively within the department and with other departments, working closely with sales, production, and quality assurance to ensure smooth information flow. Support headquarters' requirements by providing various logistical services to sales managers, assisting in new business market development, and maintaining good relations with relevant government departments.
- Strictly adhere to company safety management requirements and execute safety regulations, ensuring that supply chain activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. Organize HSE training to enhance employee safety awareness.
Requirements
- Minim Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, electronic information engineering, or related fields preferred.
- At least 8 years of supply chain management experience, must including 3 years in the lubricant or chemical industry.
- Familiar with lubricant processing equipment and machinery use and maintenance. Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and proficiency in production management systems like ERP or SAP.
-Ability to production, and allocation processes; strong logic and planning capabilities; high proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and summation; strong decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational coordination skills, good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.More than 3 years of experience in managing a team of 15+ people preferred.
- Understanding of government regulations related to HSE management and awareness of HSE risks in factories, with emergency response capabilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, needs communicating with Chinese-speaking suppliers and customers.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
