Main Responsibilities
- Perform order fulfilment including order entry, order tracking and follow up on billings.
- Liaise with forwarders and third party logistics providers.
- Close coordination / follow up on incoming & outgoing shipments / delivery with suppliers, forwarders & internal / external customers.
- Provide general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, generate reports and documentation.
- Provide administrative support duties.
- Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors.
- Handle daily in-coming & out-going mail / faxes, and to coordinate on delivery, collection and receiving.
- Warehouse management.
- Generate Non-Stock Purchase Order.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties from time to time.
Requirement
- Minimum GCE “A” level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in logistics field.
- Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision is essential
- Demonstrate Initiative, flexibility, energy and a strong work ethic
- Be time managed, organized and demonstrate high levels of attention to detail
- Sound working knowledge in MS office applications
